The PE will go north 100 based on very little earnings and 3.15 billion shares in issues.

The only thing right now keeping the PE at reasonable levels is the SA business.

Imagine the copper gets an offer for 3p AND LEON takes it. That would be about 70 to 80 million.

Yes I'm expecting a pull back at some stage but I seriously doubt we going below 1000 again. Especially with gold above 3000.

I find this silence such odd behavior when actually profits from PGMs will be soaring. Where's the JUBILATION. THIS SHOULD BE AMAZING FOR JUBILEE BUT IM JUST NOT FEELING FROM LEON.. Atleast acknowledge the 44% increase in Platinum this year. The biggest rise in 15 years!!!

To me they sounded more CAUTIOUSLY optimistic than usual. And they were aware of the concerns thats been written on boards ( I would assume this one in particular).

I thought the whole idea of the SA business was to grow it to maturity then let the shareholders reap the rewards by receiving long awaited Dividends.

As Seis says if all those points Seis made are in the Circular then yes I will vote yes to the sale. BUT there's noway I would vote yes based on anything but Hard Facts and numbers. I'm not falling for empty forecasts again.

Seis, I listen again. He first says multiple of EBITDA twice.. then he changes it to Earnings not Net earnings. We been building the business the last 5 years ofcourse Net Earnings is going to be low.

When I say 300 million I'm talking about the sale price not earnings.

on jubilee’s website on the front page, last year's group ebitda was $27.7 million. if you less 3 million for copper then you have $24 million. that's with a low pgm and chrome prices and 30% less chrome been produced.

now according to leon the sale price of a jubilee should be 10 to 15x the ebitda.

so 24 mil x 10 = $240 million minimum. not $90 million offer price.

and with platinum prices where they are now up 40% year to date you talking about a significant increase in ebitda for this current year.. you looking easily over 300 million and that's the lower end.

$90 million now looks like a pigs breakfast covered in horse ****.

Copper and Platinum and Palladium exploding higher today.

The market is pretending we not producing ether of the metals or the market is that fed up with Leon that it's given up on Jubilee and management.

Imagine the Circular comes out tomorrow to sell the SA business with platinum at $1443 and no increase in selling price. I think that would be it for Leon and the share price.

I'm hoping he can't say anything significant because he has a little birdy on his shoulder..

Going purely by share price performance vs copper and pgm producers I'm surprised Leon is still CEO.

Pgm and copper producers are now up substantially this year and Jubilee is actually DOWN for the year.

What does this tell you. MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!!!
