Platinum has been in a bear market for 10 years with very little new Platinum coming on line. So no money has gone into exploration and mine developments. Infact the opposite has happened. Have you ever heard of commodity cycles???? Looks like PGMs are about to play catch up and we selling at the bottom. It's daft move which will be penalized by the market.

The chrome-PGM assets for sale. The assets include the toll milling chrome recovery plants (Inyoni, Windsor and Windsor 8), the chrome plants at Thutse which are, combined, capable of producing ~1.85Mt/yr of chrome concentrate. Waste from the plants feeds the Inyoni PGM flotation plant capable of producing 38-40koz PGM/year with an agreement for excess waste to be treated by a nearby PGM producer.

If Roan actually produced a decent amount I would be fully into this deal. I think Leon wanted to prove to the world Roan would be a huge success and probably has been eyeing out this SA sale for some time. The problem is that Roan didn't go as expected and the SA deal ooks dreadful because we not getting back much in way of returns.

Just to put it in perspective, you would now need 7 Roans instead of 2.5 Roans to get the copper he was telling us we would get. Big difference!! And not just that we need High grade material that we have give away shares for. The whole story of processing low grade material has gone out the window.

Imagine someone sold you a car for 30k and they said hang on.. you don't have to pay me back straight away, pay me back over three year and why don't you rent it out for 10k a year and just use the rent to pay me off and better yet keep the car after three years too. Wait till we get the full year report showing massive profits for PGMs and Chrome and losses for Copper. Then people will be scratching their heads thinking why they chose to accept this ridiculous offer. Price will be on the floor.

LC needs to come clean on accepting the low ball offer paid over three years. Not sure on what planet that makes sense. And to even bring up dividends is utter trash and disingenuous. This is the problem when the company is obviously controlled by one man only.
