The increase in the divi may well explain the buying. Long term investors of weight like strong companies with an increasing divi. Private investors do not move or support stocks of scale in any way. The hack will be hidden as exceptional items in the next results.

the issue here is confidence in the management to stop raising money and actually sell licences and product. they have cash and clearly no one thinks they are going to do anything productive with it. the fundraise was a **** show by all accounts and the funds stiff armed into it bailed when there was a semblance of any size on the bid. for my sins i thought 20p looked cheap after a 24p raise. i knew the market perception but thought i would nick a smidge. it didn't happen obviously.

This company is viewed as a lifestyle business that can do deals and licences but can't generate any sales. If the senior management were all given sales led targets instead of their large salaries there might be a little more effort to succeed. There may well be better stewards of the £30m who would be happy to be target driven.

I asked you a couple of days ago for your model which says they have burnt through £210m in 10 weeks since the 27th of November. That would be £20m per week. In their last statement they stated cash burn had been reduced materially from the £1m per day but you are suggesting its now £3m per day. Shocking and they would be worthless if that was the case and I would suggest fraudulent representations would have been made at the last fundraise to boot. Are you accusing the company of fraudulent representation? Or can you back up £3m per day of losses with a researched model?

How far is round the corner? Cash raised last days of November, its now 10 February, 10 weeks. We are going to find out in two weeks how much has been burned. Would you like to share your research and give us a date when your model shows cash is going to run out? What does the order book look like? I am intrigued and will indeed follow you if your model resembles what we see in two weeks time.

So placing to come to pay for yet more disasters! Well the new CEO is a markets man, knows nothing about Wood production in Africa but maybe he is rich and will put the settled debt payment in himself.

I think the price action and constant stream of sellers is telling us something we don't want to admit about any deals. The graph is truly tragic and we are entering territory where the exchange and their nomad are compelled to announce something as a 50% fall after a major dilutive fundraise looks like someone know more than others.

I would say looking at the price collapse China is a long way off and may never be reached. There is not a buyer in sight and from 1.50 5 years ago to 15p now not much confidence the management can actually sell anything. If it breaks 12p i am down 50% and i will just take the loss

I think the insiders knew it was coming when the price was 120 ish...shorted it and bought back in the placing. They close, company gets cash and everyone is a winner except us.

15% below todays close is my best guess. And that is not my nightmare scenario

my guess at the moment is this share price collapse and lack of support from the broker or directors has triggered the funds who bought in the recent placing to just start dumping their shares. there will be no stabilizing until the selling stops....which will not stop without some noise from the company, directors or broker. i am averaged at 21.6p so taking a bath like everyone else but there is no incentive for me to get any further in the **** by buying any more yet.

What they didnt win an award for was 80 grands from the retail offer! They were going for £5m. I bet the legals were more than the placing proceeds. Broker and PR maybe could have been better?

Does anyone know the new broker forecast price? Investec or Numis?

Before these numbers i had an exit price of £1.20 after buying at 88p. This update has given me the confidence to give the management another 12 months. This looks like it will walk through £2.00 with the £25m of buybacks to come. Who will be selling the growth? Not many.

There is one position it looks good from. If you think the estate and the profits are worth more than £250m and very differently if you think its worth more than the debt! Your point is a tad reductive.

The note has just given people an excuse to take profits. £2.10 is 130% upside from here, the share buyback will take us to the value point. I have real issues with some of my other holdings, Funding Circle is a good business and will be worth more than £2 if you can wait a little bit.

I think £1 will be soon. The target i have here though is considerably higher. The American unit sale and at these prices some American outfit could just knock the whole company over. They are being far more active with the loan book which gives me confidence the core business is growing well.
