Who thinks they will lay the ground work for a placing at the investor meeting? No institutional support so the private investors might be the last resort? I am sure no one wants to contemplate that even the mugs like me who have lost their shirt with poor judgement of the people involved and advising this company.

Don't look back? That's because people have lost 90% of their money, on the 25th the fraud squad would be better asking the questions. When is it going bust would be the first one. Second one is "by whom and when was the 1p price agreed? And thirdly who knew?

Mathematically 0. The worry is this stock is leaky and has had nefarious dealings going on before.

I have made my point clear that i think my losses from 4p plus were down to insider trading and a right old shower of advisors and board members. But i do agree volume like this looks interesting for the lucky people who found this crock of .... at these levels. Good luck to all of you, you may well need it.

I agree with everyone, this is a shower of sh.t but they have working cap signed off. The skeleton has been brought out and disclosed, we all knew that little omission already. Someone had pointed it out on here or ADVFN. its not going bust or delisting any time soon. It may be a shell in 18 months time with these idiots running it but there is time for new management hires. So dont hold out for 4p but dont panic about anything more happening soon.that is going to steal our last few pence.

Market cap under 10m crooks and incompetence surround us corporately and now commercially we are miles from r venue. YLF failure hidden in the rambling mess of an announcement. I now feel sorry for all the crooks, even they are loosing money

I hope the year goes well with commercial agreements and revenue. I hope the share price remains here so the crooks and pathetic management get nothing for their behaviour apart from investigated. 2020 it can go back to 4p

The size of the placees is unlikely to trigger any announcements. Also so many were short sold they will be closed out without the need for announcement . More than 100m shares to go from our new investors/ flippers. If the price stays this low or lower on low volumes its going to be a long and painful couple of years waiting for the next hurdle of the warrants being sold.
In a good company that delivered on promises, kept the market up to date and didn't allow itself to be ripped off none of this would be insurmountable. I think with the quality we have on the Board,,,,,i don't need to answer that do i?

Will be interesting to see how the illegal shorted stock is closed out. Wait for this to flush out and then take a view on averaging down. People will have a chance to get out of this with losses mitigated just wait a little.

That is a short close. I guessed there were 35 m shorted over the week. More to come but agree they need to be printed so we have visibility. These are not volume to get us through our 100m we have done about 7 m of that

At these volumes its going to take a while, especially as we have sellers as well as buyers. Wait for the 1p bid before you buy and then fill your boots and sell before it gets to the warrant exercise and there is another 35m to go through. If all of the advisers are swapped out for quality and they reach revenue it may break 2p next year..

Market abuse, no the words are theft. Pure and simple, this is not a story or even a Greek tradgedy. It is criminal activity. 10p p? It will go down from here as to close the shorts the bid needs to be 1p. It will rise after that but not to a point where the majority of shareholders bought at. 3 years to 10p? 4p to 10p in three years felt like a believable target, no person of normal intellect expects AEG to recover any time soon. There really are more than 100m shares and more to plough through before this placing is flushed through.

Great 5m traded this morning, mostly buys and closes. Only another 100m to go before the flippers from the placing have gone, the other 50m has already been dealt off market and is waiting for the shares to be issued . Oh i forgot, then we have another 37m or so warrants to work through.

I lost some of my money through the Board's poor quality but the rest they allowed to be stolen. The trolls here will paint nothing but negative pictures but you have to say they were right and we were wrong. If the board change advisers, nail the MOUs with contracts there is a chance. However with all the shares ready to fall back into the market shareholders will see no profit for years.if at all.

Hi all to remove confusion. there will be lots of trade at just over 1p as the short closing positions that were forward sold are printed, these will be more like crosses. There may be the odd wally that actually sells but after the big closing volumes there will be lots of buys when the lucky ones who were no exposed to the latest criminal fraud get a bargain. But don't expect the world as the flippers in the placing will be selling heavily into the rise. They have their warrants to sell later for the cherry on the cake.

The only people who will make any money from this raise and rinse brigade are traders. Do not buy this share to invest. Each raise will be bent and the price will remain at 1 and 2p forever. Any higher and people like me will all pull their shares back out of the bin and mitigate our losses. Go invest in a company with quality management, a broker with institutional support and a nomad with balls to call out crooked goings on

We will have £1.1m or so in the market on any move over 1.2p. The other £400,000 will close out the shorts so those crooks have already made their money. A small bit of good news is that the Directors (locked in) and hopefully the broker and Nomad who have just been paid in 1p shares will hold theirs for a few weeks at least. The warrants will be in the money almost as soon as the punters (not lths) who subscribed in this free for all have made a profit. I see up towards 2p in a spike very quickly but i don't see this ever getting out of the s..t and rising above that. 20% of the stock will be sold into the market and that will kill sentiment that this could be a big successful business. Punting stock, raise and rinse and repeat. If i was funding the Capex projects i would run a mile after seeing this insider trading.and poor execution of a commercial deal and announcement. There are no straws to clutch at all scenarios point to dumping of shares and more dilution to come. I have lost plenty here so clearly i am bitter, a poor placing in a difficult market i would have taken but the shorting before the 20m sell, at the 3p placing and now shorting on the 1p placing.

Stop it the market didn't collapse, its tough for crap stocks which this should not be. Private punter buying on the announcement pushed the price over 2p and then the shorting started. Go speak to the board and ask who their lawyers are, someone attached to this company is going to need them. Oh dont bother i and others will be asking on Monday. They even had the cheek to take stock themselves at 1p. if they actually paid for them.

Dr Maccers they will need more than St Brides to PR this. Mr Spinks has been so lucky.

The Directors better have parted with cash for their shares. At the AGM i will ask the question. If it is attached to non payment of salaries or bonus they will be in bigger s..t than they are going to be on Monday morning anyway. There has been illegal activity. I know personally every one of the regulated individuals, someone in their network has sold this share down. We, as shareholders should and now will get a shareholder list of who subscribed to this and those who held a short position prior with the same broker (wouldn't want the beneficiary to sell to their friend to settle a short would we) . The warrants are the final straw, someone made a profit before they got their shares and will make money from nearly free Warrants.

The Board had better have a lawyer to hand, as they could well be suing someone and i challenge them to make it me.
