I believe our largest shareholder Gravendonck has been selling for months without a disclosure. But even they will be near the bottom. They sell in round shapes every time there is a bid and have been doing it for 6 months. And now we have the company with little cash so they have, or maybe an unknown owner of 25% of the company has, destroyed confidence. The Board did not help with the news cockup either.

Whoever it is sell a lot through NEX, the MMs will certainly know where its coming from but it is not their job to request a disclosure. They will be gone soon so lets hope the Board are remortgaging their houses to prevent a placing at these prices.

Someone must have parted with circa 50m shares over the last 8 trading days. When this ends we will pop up i am sure.

Our seller was only taking a breather. Change broker now, go to different institutions and burn anyone who is short for whatever reason.

The city is a small place Nagy, the truth will out it always does. Usually no one cares its just cowboy land AIM. In this instance some market professionals are pissed off and will not let it drop if when the truth comes to light there is corruption. I think our noisy friend is a troll of sorts but others invested in this share have enough weight to bring the regulated people around this share to book.

No volume today, the sellers have frightened every one off. If the price gets held here i fear a nasty shock. A change of broker might help to at least stop any insiders from buying back in at these prices

Nearly 75m in the last 5 trading days, enough to flush out anyone.

There has been good volume today which is good for churning out stale investors, another couple of days of this and we will be on our way.

Are the Nomad and are the ones to carry the can here. It is there responsibility on behalf of AIM to ensure verification of announcements. Clearly a cock up in comms in NL but we as investors should never have seen that. Any placing will now be aborted , I would like to see a 2p rights issue but we will get a placing in the future at some awful price no doubt because we don't have a top tier broker with real institutional clout.

The selling started the day after the announcement, when we were circa 2p. We may as suspected have had people aware of an issue before others. However this pans out i would not like to be Northlands.

No chin up from me. You have a poor price for a placing, you announce it and all investors take the pain, that is how it should work. This has been systemically leaked and at the moment your view of "fast forward" will not happen because the people getting in cheap will not hold like an institution they will flip and the company share price will stagnate and the ability to raise further funds will get harder and harder and we will be a penny stock for ever with no one but our regulated friends making any money..

I could have bought a small house with what i am down and i would not be annoyed if the game had been played straight. Someone was selling this share down weeks ago, today's disaster and bail out is not from the real in crowd where the real money is being made.

We now know why there has been no PR, if more poor sod buyers had been dragged in the stink would have been much greater. What does anyone think of this scenario....your best investors put in £1m at 3p which you tell them is cheap with great news to come, the news does not come and you lose your investors money. What can you do but make it up to them by arranging for them to be part of a 1p placing when the news is out. They could sell on the way down buy back in and actually make money. Isn't everyone a winner ? Mugs buy your stock on the way down to your profit point.

I paid over 4p so more than hurting. But people this week have been misled and ripped off. We have never had an announcement about our long term seller and now this.

If i had paid over 2p earlier in the week i would be calling my lawyers.

So any placement can be called at only a 20% discount, which to some people is 50% from earlier in the week. Shady dealings is not strong enough.

I would not have believed i could speculate this on Monday, but this feels very wrong

Another day when the volume is on Nex more than 3.5m traded today with some lumpier trades. The sellers choice of hiding place?
