The board has a lot of bio mass and renewable experience, a good slide but unfortunately the only unqualified member is Rowan.

As long as Rowan is kept honest by the twitter feed, his big shareholders and Non Execs we will be fine.

Great picture and at last we have proof of action. More than two years to lay a slab seems a little out of kilter to the RNS when we decommissioned to move the plant but it is proof.

I am not a fan of Rowan and this company's history on corporate governance and delivery to any timelines, i am however heartened to see Miton on Board. Gervais Williams is no mug and well respected, he and the investment committee must have seen something compelling as they like others would be all to aware of the past performance of the Board.

I see this weighty show of confidence as maybe a turning point...the non execs looking like they can keep everything in check?

Just the Rowan effect, I was rather hoping that his DNA was scrubbed off but it sticks apparently.

30m sell a bit of a whopper but it’s history now so in the price. Those that have been here a while are used to the Rowan effect but we do believe in the product and know the big placees obviously saw good presentations. It could go up from here

Many of us have been here for years and have seen more than enough.....to make a reasonable view on Rowan's abilities. On past performance he will never make money from his options. He might make the only smart move he has ever done with this company and either just fall on his sword and let a better man or woman with some ability take over or let his well connected non execs pull the strings. But like all the disgruntled here I am greedy enough to want him to make an undeserved fortune.

Rowan’s performance should not be judged solely on the dilution and share price before the latest restructuring (which I believe was needed) he should also be judged on missed deadlines, share falls before poor rns and his lack of public company gravitas. I hope he gets all of his options into the money so poor shareholders may get their money back, he deserves to be fired in my opinion.

I am more than disappointed to see Rowan get such a large share option grant, I always hoped he would leave saving some face and allow an engineer to take charge and take us forward. I think the restructure has been a positive move and believe now would have been a good time to change the operational side of the business and remove the stench we have had once and for all.

Would i be correct in thinking that there is an arbitrage to be had at the moment? If you can buy shares on the Primarybid open offer at 1p and the current price is over that! You could cover your position at the end of the month!

Or do i not understand how the PrimaryBid offerworks, which is very possible.

I have just listened to the video. Construction of plant has commenced! They said that two years ago, someone has been lying. Significant milestones, all financial non operational. This company needs an engineer as CEO and move Rowan out. Cashed up with the right team there is promise here.

We have had massive volume, a big price rise and a large lump of the CLN's have been worked through and sold into the rise. Everyone has made money. What is required now is more news, new buyers and a start of another leg up enabling more CLN holders to make money and leave.

I think these shares have already been traded out. The last week has seen volume off the chart. Those shares came from somewhere

These small trades are from one broker who is putting them on the RSP and just hitting sell until the offer of shares at that
price is finished. They don't pay fees!

We are wading through 4 years worth of miffed and stale shareholders and possibly CLN holders as well but lets wait for the RNS on that front. I think its been a great opportunity to reset the shares with a new solid floor.
