I think the 1,5m looks like a sell if the time stamp is right, also soon after the price dropped heavily. Lets hope that we are getting near the end of this constant selling.

There is undoubtedly some small sellers, but big round shapes, a bottomless pit always on the rsp. Its a big guy with the dealer going straight to the market makers.

The placement at 3p was in the market days before it was announced as was the 20m plus seller. There is appetite for this share from PIs but they are being milked. There will be a big cross when are seller is down to a few million left and then we can move forward. Any PLC fundraise will not hurt PIs as it will cricle the square and lay the foundation for the future. We have still had buyers all the way down.

We got a new CEO because of his credibility with the next level of funders. The projects will all get project finance, the PLC is another matter. Clearly in the corridors of the Broker and Nomad someone has loose lips, the seller has been so large and persistent for six months and yet we have not had a shareholding notification. A pity the PR has not made any inroads as maybe a journalist would have asked questions that someone regulated would have to address.

This will be a great stock but it needs to shape up, move advisors and get finance in place and announced.

There is a massive seller so there is no support. The broker needs to take it out and then force an announcement.

More Nex big round shapes, big sells on lse yesterday. This has gone on for months, I now firmly believe our big share holder has been selling consistently now for 6 months, i think the nomad should ask the registrar if not we can ask at the next AGM and ask for the Nomad to be fired prior to reporting them to the FCA? The broker can always claim its not my responsibility to chase shareholder notifications, weak but true.

Over a million sold on Nex today which is why yet again all momentum and interest was lost. Is our near 30% shareholder not informing the market of his actions over the last 4 months? Every day there are regular shapes going through, whoever it is is not even masking the trades in any way.

The change of CEO to a city face was done to help with the city support of major financing...i would guess. The £1m raise recently was pared back i would think because it was all that was required to get to announcement and subsequent delivery. Yes there has been a consistent seller in size which has been painful to the price. This will get done even if the announcement takes yet more time. I am sat on a heavy paper loss but i am not a mind reader with the best timing but i am not doubting my judgement.

the convertibles, they were clearly exercised to sell. I would rather we had news when they were gone than giving them liquidity to sell into.

If i was doing the PR i would release news when the team are at Earth x. It will help to generate meetings and give the company a buzz around it.

To really scale this business we need credibility to get big finance deals away, project finance into the hundreds of millions. For that you need a Board of respected non-execs and capable Execs to execute the strategy. It appears that is what has happened, if we are mid negotiation for some of the big forestry tracts the funders may well have asked for this Board strengthening, it would be just good practice. I think this small bit of news is actually pointing towards some major news and that the business really is planning for the future rather than hoping.

I do not doubt the maths, but i think about timelines. To get production scaled up will take time as will contracts for bio mass. If however as appears to be happening in the back ground we are negotiating to go live with several of these plants, in 18 months with a pipeline of them coming on stream we will be valued in pounds and not pence. But that is a couple of years out, for now we could easily be 50p in a heartbeat if more than 10 people knew the story.

Optiva did the last placing and these guys are looking at a good profit.We need churn so let them sell into the small news and the real money will be made over the next six months when we get more technical validation in the US, a couple of million acres to work with and some more plants in the pipeline.

We could have globally significant partnerships on both sides of the pond by the end of the month. Buying AEG in size is not easy and i see no reason for it to get any easier as the price drifts ever northwards.
