I’ve been thinking more about Lisa mentioning ‘partnership’ in her email to Seeking. Just odd that she’s never mentioned previously where discussions (and certainly never using the word ‘negotiations’) might lead to, whether that’s a partnership or merger/acquisition deal. But this time she’s gone further. The question then is whether it was a mistake or deliberate….

Just throwing it out there but is it possible Lisa has mentioned 'partnering discussions' as a bit of a red herring? Maybe a takeover is on the cards.... hope so if only to bring closure sooner than later. If it is a partnership deal and clinical milestones, etc detailed in the agreement are met then I'd expect a takeover of IMM to happen at some point.

Seeking - You’ve got a misunderstanding within the email you’ve sent. TCGLOVER who had the correspondence with Lisa didn’t mention 2 weeks. It was halfbutt who stated that the not too distant future phrase in the email meant 2 weeks to him.

And for the record, while it’s not sensible generally to believe anything that’s posted on a forum by someone you don’t know, I believe what TCGLOVER has posted regarding the email is genuine.

I wondered where flip flop Roger was today and in he comes late in the day with his ‘Timmy is a liar/fraudster’ spiel trying to sow doubt again….so predictable!

IMM are working to a playbook at the moment just like you are!

If big pharma is interested in P140, it doesn’t care about:

- the market price of IMM shares

- the reputation of ‘Timmy Liar’ whether that is good or bad

- what Dr Goudreau’s first name actually is

- the number of employees IMM has

- whether Lisa is moonlighting as the office secretary when she’s not head of investor relations

and so on…...

Big pharma is just NOT interested in any of that or any of the FUD that you and others continually throw out. What they ARE interested in is the science and ultimately how much profit they will make over the next 15 years or so.

If you think the market is so right all of the time, take the hint, sell the shares you allegedly own and go waste your time somewhere else.

In this case though I'm more trusting of what ChatGPT has generated because it's very general commentary in what it's returned rather than returning specific articles, quotes, etc. Some of the points stated are ultimately common sense, especially around the legal advice where companies are advised to be vague and say as little as possible. It's almost as if Lisa and Tim are following legal advice..... And I'll reiterate the point I made that Lisa is using the same text when replying to people. It's as if she's got a pre-vetted statement that is legally OK to distribute.

The results also back up my view that IMM can't say anything at this stage. While certain posters are stating that IMM can say something in an RNS, in reality, they can't and I wouldn't want them to either.

Out of interest (and to wind up the usual suspects) I asked GrokAI what would be a typical takeover deal value be for IMM based on targeting $25billion in revenue in a $100bn market and with a late stage asset. While taking it with a big pinch of salt, the answer that it came back with was anywhere between $2bn to $4bn for a takeover. This was because of improved chances of trial success in a phase 3 due to better patient selection. And I've not specified anything about the Avion USA deal so I'd expect lower figures if this is factored in. Assuming US is 50% of the total market, we'd maybe be looking at $1bn to $2bn for ROW.

I also asked if a lowly share price would result in a low offer. It replied saying that a buyer would be looking far closer at the potential revenue streams and would price accordingly based on rNPV, not on the market cap of the business. From that we can assume that big pharma would be focusing more on the science and it's financial potential rather than on the integrity of the management team, size of company, etc.

Fully expecting the flip flop crew to jump on this AI result but the offer will be the offer based on the science. What I've posted is a bit of fun while we wait for the necessary radio silence to end.

Spantrout - Depends very much on the terms of the NDA doesn’t it? Hopefully any NDA agreement (if actually in place) was bought by someone in TG Jones during their lunch break for £14.99. It won’t be very legally watertight for that price so Lisa and Tim can break the agreement without needing to worry too much….

Holding RNS? Do you mean something along the lines of ‘Discussions are ongoing, blah, blah, blah’? Or are you just hoping IMM release an RNS with nothing tangible in it so the flip flop club can use it as ammunition? Do you seriously think an RNS is going to say any more than what Lisa is already providing in phone calls or emails to investors?

On the positive side, it’d be a quick RNS to release as she can just do a copy/paste job from one of her sent emails….

Bonneville - When the same point you've made about what 'in the New Year' means timeframe wise by the "rampers" previously, it was dismissed as rubbish. You're following the "flip flop" playbook like roger and OTM to suit the 'narrative of the day'.

So the criticism I made of roger twisting the narrative applies equally to you.

I'm disappointed that we didn't hear about a deal in January or February but it is what it is. The RNS will come out WHEN it's a suitable time to do so. But in the meantime maybe you could contact Lisa and demand an RNS that clarifies the position. You won't get a proper answer because she'll be restricted in what she can say.

Roger - Don't disagree with a lot of what you've said there about AIM in general. But if this is what you truly believe then why are you still (allegedly) invested in IMM? Why haven't you done a complete runner when the delay RNS came out and left the rest of us deluded fools to suffer financial losses when the inevitable 'no deal' news arrives or IMM are forced into doing another placing?

Or do your principles fly out the door when you see the opportunity of buying in low and selling high as the rest of us hope to do?

Entrenched, polarising positions exist on this forum so we're all wasting our time trying to educate the other side. I'm aware that I'm wasting my time arguing with certain posters on this forum because they're running with a playbook. They'll be as confident of a deal happening (and making a large % profit gain) as the rest of us but will never admit to it.

Bonneville - Last time I looked there are 12 months in a year. Divide that by 4 and you get 3 months so Q1 of 2026 comprises of Jan, Feb, Mar. And we're still in March at the moment with 25 days to go until the end of Q1.

It only takes 1 of those days for an RNS to appear. And to provide some balance, that RNS could be to inform the market of another delay or it could be to announce a deal that the IMM board recommends to shareholders.....

Otherwise what you're saying is scare mongering. As someone posted earlier pharma deals can take upwards of a year. To add further balance to my comments, the Avion factor could be complicating matters here as 3 parties might be negotiating (or in discussions). That will have the potential to extend timelines.

As much as I'd like some clarity (as we all would), we're not getting anything until IMM are in a legal and regulatory position to announce something official. I don't disagree with your comment by the way that an RNS would address the 5 points (examples of deramper criticism). However, Pebsi's point is a good one that the radio silence is a good thing.

Bonneville - If you're a shareholder, you can demand answers from IMM over whether negotiations or discussions are happening but they're not duty bound to answer if they're legally unable to.

I personally think Lisa has gone as far as she's legally allowed to do so when responding to calls/emails from forum members. Am I personally bothered over the nuances of the two words and her possibly deliberate use of the word 'discussions'? Not at all because I believe there could be a very good reason for the choice of words! But an interesting question would be whether or not the 'copy paste' reply she's provided to various people on this forum at different times has been cleared by a legal person/team before being sent.

The derampers (of which you are one) are inevitably going to pounce on anything to further their narrative that (1) Timmy is a liar, (2) that P140 holds negligible value to big pharma, (3) that the scientists don't know what they're talking about, (4) that the scientists are complicit in hoodwinking shareholders, (5) that IMM are not in meaningful discussions with big pharma, etc.

The only reason you are prevaricating over the use of words is because it's convenient ammunition for a deramping narrative. The rest of us are not sweating it as we know a deal will happen. What we don't know is the format of that deal or the value of it.

It feels like IMM are being likened to witches in the Salem trials. Burnt as a witch if you survive the pond dunking and completely innocent if you die by drowning. If Lisa doesn't say anything there's a conspiracy. If she does say something it's a conspiracy.

But also, if Lisa or Tim used the word 'negotiations', can you imagine what would happen to the share price irrespective of an RNS being issued? Perhaps IMM are actually in negotiations and it's a deliberate use of the word 'discussions' in order to avoid attention from the market authorities.

And while Lisa might have been using a 'copy and paste' approach when it comes to responding to forum members emails to save herself time, it also could be a deliberate ploy to avoid giving out market sensitive information.

We'll know the outcome of the discussions/negotiations at the appropriate time.
