I hate the filtering of free speech but have decided to filter the pathetic one because he's burning up my valuable asset, time!

Easiest thing would have been for him to filter anyone he didn't agree with but I guess that would interrupt his agenda.

So for anyone with opinions that don't agree with a certain individuals view of IMM, filter him and let him talk to himself....

OTM - OK, to give credit, yes, I misquoted you there. What I should have said was that your deal expectations are low.

However, don't criticise others for misquoting when you are equally as adept at misquoting and throwing in a large dollop of selective hearing for good measure....

For your own wellbeing (based on the post I quoted) take a step back. If you've got an agenda (which many posters think you have) then you'll keep posting.

My point is if you're upset and stressed by the comments then leave the board and wait for that little red dot to appear in 2026 to justify your VIEW that the science is underwhelming, the deal will be rubbish, that there'll be another fund raise and that Tim McC is a charlatan. You have a responsibility for your own wellbeing so own it and don't stress yourself out by posting continually.

No OTM! You don't come out with facts, only theories. And when someone else has the temerity to propose an alternative theory (often backed with evidence), you rubbish it.

What's your evidence to suggest IMM is only going to 20-30p on a deal in the middle of next year?

And you always seem to skirt around topics not answering a question. So why are you positively gleeful when the price goes down despite buying at a higher price?

I worked for a large org involved in a friendly takeover with several of the board (not CEO or CFO roles) only having been in place for less than a year and losing their roles on deal completion. It was a particular shock to the IT Director who'd been in position for less than 4 months. In this situation the CEO must have known that a takeover was on the horizon but chose not to tell him during the lengthy recruitment process.

Point I'm making is that once you get to board level, you're equally subject to the machinations of corporate life and equally likely to be discarded (albeit with a healthier severance package) if needs must. Ketan might be here for the short term with a specific purpose and not with the end goal of being a lame duck CEO like you're suggesting.....

Considering how some posters on this forum think Tim is the spawn of the Devil then you'd think they'd be pleased if this is the succession plan. But no, Ketan's appointment, is being used as ammunition to rubbish IMM yet again......

Yup OSD, £1 is not an unreasonable target price and taking into account shares and warrants, etc would cost an acquirer approx. $870m. Doesn't sound a bad deal for big pharma considering that would include diagnostics and treatment for 50 auto-immune diseases.....

Do you think institutional shareholders are going to be prepared to hand over their shares cheaply so that a PE firm can gain more of the spoils? I could understand the concept if IMM was more highly priced. But as we’re massively undervalued considering a late stage asset, pending patent and diagnostic asset to boot, do you think II’s may think it a better proposition to hold on for a 3 to 80x bagger like us ‘deluded’ retail shareholders than cash in for a minimal profit?

Mardler's link from a couple of days ago was interesting to me as well with GSK offering $300m for a Chinese phase I drug.

Not wishing to poke any bears here but a deal worth no more than $100m is laughable for a phase III ready drug with a proven safe profile and diagnostics as well.....

Avion is a small player so a big pharma might just make them an offer that they simply can’t refuse for the US rights. Avion have potentially missed a value adding opportunity by not progressing Lupozor/P140 into a phase 3 trial. Or maybe they’ve been playing a smart game by just sitting on an appreciating asset and waiting for a bigger fish to come along….

The detractors lose credibility when they allege Tim has mislead the market. If they truly believed it they’d report it to the authorities but they don’t because he hasn’t. And any investigation would crater their investment and in some cases their employers investment. But it’s a useful narrative they can use to scare retail investors out of their shares.

It’s also stating the obvious that IMM are in trouble should a deal not be forthcoming. However, I’m 100% believing that a deal WILL happen in the New Year because one or more interested parties will be focusing on the potential rewards on offer for a platform that could diagnose and treat 50 auto immune diseases. And we can throw in the patent cliff into the mix as well as another compelling reason for why a deal will happen.
