Because this stock is fully funded and at some point that has to feed through to be reflected in the SP.

Too many shorting has gone one with AIM companies in particular. Once those shorts start closing off/rebalancing, the SP will rise and people will be asking why is this rising?

But the real valuation in SP will most likely come next year reflecting drill results/production.

No way, you are off the mark IMO. This rise today is simply a re-setting of the shorting that's been going on.

We have yet to await the actual news which could be at least another week or so away.

If this sudden rise out of nowhere is sustained throughout the day (and looks to be that way), then we are due an amazing ride on Monday.

Let's hope this is the real deal for a long and overdue re-rate (after the games played over past few months).

Thanks for the reply Jim and btw, having followed your discussion with Bonum, I totally concur with your observations. You seem to be quite perceptive, more so than the average poster.

I was wondering if you are aware of MATD and would be willing to share your thoughts on that particular stock, as I think that one (and BPC from the 2p levels) are both primed to make major gains this year.

Agreed, WH is the main play here.

If it comes into line with low to mid range estimates, the SP will re-rate big time. If post SL we dropped even as low as 6p-7p, we could re-rate even form those levels all the way up to 20-25p if WH comes in IMO.

This is what makes this stock frustrating to hold at these low levels right now in the absence of news.

Mr P, I appreciate your positivity but you like to go overboard with the ramping bit - it would actually be far simpler and less stressful for newcomers to wait for the SL news be it good or bad, as there will be plenty time to get into this stock thereafter.

We will not re-rate 100% and will not drop 100% IMO but the SP will re-rate post SL and the games will play out again in anticipation of WH.

So there will be plenty of opportunity for newcomers to get in then.

We enter a nervous (exciting) period for some whilst others who can afford to sit out a paper-loss for at least until the end of the year or longer will stay calm.

I agree with Jimtheknow re placing not being an option in the absence of a JV. They need to find a partner, end of.

The negotiations have stalled but that is not say they are over.

If anything PI's should be happier buying in at these levels and not the higher levels that we saw over last few months.

It will be vitally important how MB releases the operational update(s).

There are so many possible variations to the SP movement over the next 4 months that could turn into a white knuckle roller coaster ride given the volume of different news flows expected throughout the remainder of this year.

So difficult to call this one which means there could be wild swings, as wild as the aptly named 'wild horse' drill itself.

SP range of 4p-6p all the way up to 30p-40p back down to around 20p-25p or lower by 31 December 2018??

Any drop may be short lived as upon re-reading this and putting into context, it may not be as bad as first appeared.

The result was MAINLY to aid their understanding of the size of commerciality of Fraction D Tobifera play, as the expectations were high following the results of the extended well test of CSo-85. They even cancelled the previously planned fourth well to test Fraction C (as explained in RNS of 15 June 2018).

Now they know that the Wester flank is non-commercial whilst the Eastern flank is commercial as stated this morning:

"This depletion does not impact the Eastern flank of the Canandon Salto field, which has demonstrated through testing and pressure monitoring of the CSo-85 well that the extensive gas resource to the east remains economically viable for a monetisation project".

So still all to play for. Hang in there or buy some more.

It seems to be taking them an awfully long time just to "prepare" for the testing (announced back in June) let alone test the thing. Hmm....

You can forget about the hourly MA - it has no meaning unless you day trade which I assume most here are not.
