Right now I don't believe AFC do any cold calling. Every client has come to AFC after things like the EV roadshow, Urban Air Port demo, or publication of various news items. They have so many line up that they don't feel they need to do cold calling, as all it would do is add more clients to the back of the queue. When you look at the 50+ clients with validated deployment situation a year ago, many with multiple systems, AFC already have a significant amount of production to complete once those orders are placed. Add the potential for orders of thousands of Power Tower systems and AFC will be very busy with production in their view, so no need for cold calling.
I just send companies the heads up on AFC, rather than expect them to already know and been in contact with AFC. Those companies can then contact AFC directly if they see the big opportunity afforded by AFC systems, and I can be taken out of the loop, leaving AFC with no worries about inside info escaping to me.
