One thing is for sure, that these 5 companies have seen the data produced from the Power Tower, they have seen the cost calculations and compared them to the Diesel Gensets they use, they have seen the emissions profile and compared it to the Diesel Gensets thy use, and they will have done their Due Diligence on AFC as a supplier of power systems and fuel, at the end of this extensive scrutiny they have chosen to deploy Power Tower systems for final checks on performance and logistics of fuel supply on their own sites, which speaks massive volumes for AFC and it's product offering, to which the next step would be mass orders by these companies and/or the hire companies they use.

1) Options awarded to AB are for FUTURE performance not past performance
2) Options DO NOT dictate the share price, the share price dictates whether the options can be exercised
3) Options are not a share price prediction, the remuneration committee DO NOT predict share prices
4) Options are a BASIC multiple of the current share price. They are based on AB multiplying the share price FROM THE CURRENT PRICE. Thus ANYONE buying at this price that expects AB to achieve the performance required, will ALSO get the same profit on the stock
5) Brokers predict share prices not the remuneration committee. The broker forecasts STILL STAND, until any time that they choose to change those targets.
6) It is obvious that the way brokers forecast vs the way the remuneration committee just do a multiple of the share price, that the one to look at from an investors perspective is the Brokers, NOT the remuneration committee's.
7) Fake moans on here about the options are so obviously just attempts to keep the price down as long as possible, as by the above they have no logic from an investing perspective. Nobody should give a fook about what options AB gets or at what price, all investors should be looking at is the broker forecast and the upside they themselves can gain by buying at the current share price.

If the share price was 50p then the target would probably be 150p+. All the remuneration committee can do is multiply the current share price, they are not broker analysts and cannot try to work out future share prices, all they can do is say that the multiple of the share price is a good target. Blame the con men and the market for the low share price, don't blame the remuneration committee for simply doing their job.

All the remuneration committee have done it base the target on the current price and set it as a multiple of that. You can only blame the con men and the market conditions for the current price, you can't blame AFC or AB or the Remuneration Committee for the current price, as the drop is exactly in line with peers and the wider market.

It's not up to the Remuneration Committee to predict future share prices, all they can do it set a target of multiples based on the current share price.

I have to disagree with the notion that there is nothing behind the rebranding. Just because nothing was announced today, that does not rule it out.

AFC have obviously made an agreement with ENOWA/NEOM to allow them to cover up our branding with their branding, and to have commentators and press now refer to it as the ENOWA Hydrogen Power System.

It is quite possible that a very short term agreement was made just to cover the Sardinia races, with AFC and ENOWA / NEOM working on the long term deal alongside it.

My view is that a comprehensive deal would only need to be in place prior to the next race, which is 24 to 25 September in Chile. That deal could appear any day between now and then.

Very nice of Mace to bring the huge Dragados into the deal, this effectively means AFC are working with 5 big construction companies, not 4.
