Intu’s assets are overvalued and could be worth just £6 billion. The board didn’t talk about huge pay cut, only god knows how much they will pay PWC in order to legalise their Ponzi scheme. HMSO doing a lot better.......intu is a fraud.

Intu needs to ask SoftBank for money, the pitch is simple “We Retail”.........

India-hating Voda-idea, corbyn’s communist Labour, socialist ofcom are the main reasons why we are grounded. As long as European telecoms continue consolidation and stop being over-competitive, the debt would be paid back in 150 years long after we’ve gone.

Not sure if you guys buy few shares but going in and out and paying another 0.5% stamp duty is a lot and also dealing costs should not to be discounted. I hate trading U.K stocks sometimes because the useless government gets paid while I take huge capital risk.
Please stop complaining about “ex-div” related down days. Voda-idea is our main problem plus the communist.

Intu board is dodgy, HMSO and peel group ran away once they saw the books! Too many dodgy deals, convertible bonds, insider structured trades, JPM insider trades, high coupon rates in a low rate world, overvalued assets. Intu should be refinancing heavily but no sign.....land sec’s average cost has gone down to 2.5% from 4.4%.

A small dip tomorrow would be recovered once the communist and his brigade lose heavily on Dec 12. Looking for 20% rally from here before another long pause.

It seems the MMs & Shorts (market Paedos) have finally done enough damage to the SP and are happy to look for the next victim. I expected close to 200p by now after we refinanced at a very low rate and at a very quick pace. Money market is tight......Aston Martin borrows at 10% in the bond market, REITs are having a hard time refinancing. The bond market has given us a buy & top up signal but the dumb MMs held us down during the October rally.......bastards!!!

PRU ain’t down, they split M&G and listed it.....so holders hold both. Aviva is too slow to show the market that it can catch up.

Corbyn must become a multi-billionaire like bill gates then give it away to waspie women. The communist doesn’t care about the burden on households. The U.K is over taxed already......anymore tax is a joke. 20% VAT on most purchases, then extra 20% tax on low income, 12% N.I on low income......living costs are super high already. Businesses will pass on additional costs.

If you understand JPM’s trades then you know this share is just for trading......not for investing.

Corbyn is a very dangerous guy with a 1930s mindset, socialism and communism just doesn’t work but a socio-capitalism (20:80) would work perfectly. CNA needs to make profit and fix the balance sheet for the SP to rise anyway.

.................If labour is demolished and Corbyn is booted out of labour along with his commies. bojo doesn’t like Ofgem and other socialist regulators anyway so they might get told off. Ofgem would have to offer redress very soon but I bet the communists in charge are going to dig in. Conn has to go but we need the smartest CEO that can keep things simple and steady.

I bet Rico is on it, seen SSE and NG. do same thing just to hedge against labour coalition government. Royal Mail can transfer all assets to Switzerland while keeping liabilities in the U.K office for Corbyn to nationalise..........haha!

Nice volume, this SP is being coordinated to ensure most private investors get frustrated and sell at break even. ITV is not a takeover target until it splits into two different companies (broadcasting unit and studios / streaming unit)

You sound very knowledgable but do you know that the market is CRAZY! Even the smartest guys / group get it wrong.
Only way to make money is to trade core ETFs (no leverage) then add 5 - 10 stocks that can outperform. CNA is not one of them but a company with few employees/ few leases / few regulations will thrive in this MAD market.

Fundamentals here are terrible, no hidden gems or positives. The management is complacent and is being rewarded handsomely for failing. The Sp chart has nothing on this.........Glencore, itv, Anglo American, TP all had positive spin. SSE sold their retail unit for 500m (a well run company) British Gas can’t be worth more than £1 billion including the unit’s debt (could be worth less as the company is badly run). Sprit energy, Irish unit, American unit, nuclear stake won’t bring in £4 billion so the market is perfectly valuing CNA.

Nice play, buy something better and forget about CNA. SSE and NG have done better even with nationalisation threat. CNA is not investable and the board are dodgy guys working for shorts......
