The SP will retest lows or even break below 50p very soon. Nuclear stake is worthless, Spirit energy won’t attract premium unless oil spikes upwards. Even with so many green heads hating oil.......no shortage in sight yet despite reduced exploration.

Just like FBI has undercovers, hedgefunds and Shorters have undercover CEOs. Conn just as his name implies was slotted into CNA to bring it down. Conn is gonna do another crash job but not in a ftse100 company. AIM company would be perfect for him as he can run it down to zero in a couple of years without any fear of prosecution.

Nice volume before another depressing update, we can’t see any improvement until Conn has gone and the new CEO has kitchen sinked the SP down to below 50p. Sad company in a sector that has grown over 20% Europe wide.

BT needed to be bold and should have sold off OR once ofcom and May became hostile. Pension funds would have paid good money which could have been used to invest in fintech (online bank / payment), takeover iTV (increase ad revenue from sports rights), pay down some debt, new cloud data services / storage.

I was once like you but once you study every recovery after a crash.......dot.com / housing bubble......it is way better to be long than short or scared. I know individual stocks can be tricky but if the U.K market rallies after Dec 12, it would be hard for VOD not to participate.

Don’t forget the liabilities that come with it too.......huge lease obligations, contracts, agreements and you can’t sack workers without paying them off. People need to understand how to value a company.
My preference is for OR to be sold to a Pension fund Asap!
