Surely ITV is now a dog thanks to clueless dame of a CEO. What kind of premium can ITV attract? 100% would be ideal when you factor in the huge underperformance.

Most right issues collapse 50% before rallying strongly so if we get 20p R.I, don’t invest all your money at once.........save some for 10p. May not happen but it did with Glencore and few ones that were driven down because of huge debt and shrinking income.

Problem with U.K and E.U telecoms is simple.......Socialist Regulators. Consolidation is needed across multiple industries in the E.U. How many telecoms serve the whole USA compared to the E.U plus U.K. similar market size but way too fragmented and over competitive. BT is a takeover target once we get smart, educated regulators that are not entitled bastards.

Not invested here, sold out since but just a thought, PF needs to sell something vegan in a can or jar. Greggs has been milking it......better still get license to sell longlife quorn in a can.

Vodafone should have been smarter when the richest Indian guy entered the market. Either sell to him or partner with him because a corrupt country like India will always favour their own. Jio is now bigger than voda Idea in less than 5 years. That’s a wipeout, let’s see if the Indian govt can help him knockout amazon and flipkart.

Spirit stake sale is the real deal we’ve been waiting for.........the SP has moved up this week anticipating something. The MMs who ultimately decide the price must have some info that we don’t know about. Debt could be cut with spirit sale, nuclear stake sale would make the balance sheet attractive enough to do a massive refinancing. CNA must invest heavily in E.V charging......the hype alone would be enough to push the SP above 100p.

The Boris bounce is fading mate, it was all a “pump & dump” trade. U.K investors don’t buy enough shares like their American counterpart. Let’s see how far Javid’s budget bounce last in March.

Automation, Automation, Automation...........it is coming and soon delivery / sorting depots will be fully automated. I know a lot of investment would be needed but it would become a smart business. Not sure Ocado robots ever go on strike.......was surprised how they got back quickly from the fire incident.

Or we might get share consolidation (5:1) first then massive rights issue at 100p. The only problem is that intu and the rest must be run like an ETF (expense ratio should be falling and not more than say 0.30% of assets). Only asset managers needed, dumb CEOs, dodgy chairman not needed in a business like this.

Seems some paid doom mongers are hard at work. Just call this thing like I called it........this share is for trading purposes only. Not worth a penny until sentiment about retail changes and valuation creeps back up. The BOD is dodgy and won’t reduce debt and expenses accordingly. A “wework” model would work but debt must be reduced first. Debt level and dodgy BOD makes this company a PONZI. Go for BLND or LAND as alternative or HMSO for more risk exposure to retail.

Still waiting for that “offer”............may be next year. We employed the wrong CEO........a media exec was what we needed in a streaming boom era.

We need a good result along with cash from disposals (spirit stake and nuclear stake). Shell or BP must make us an offer in order to be included in ESG indexes. Renewable gas and renewable energy supply to home and businesses is what CNA does........that is what BP is missing. £10 billion pounds offer would do it.

We need rupees to rally (voda Idea).......not sure VOD makes a lot in U.S dollars. I still see EUR/GBP trading at parity before 2025. A spike up above 200p is what I’m wishing for.

Come on get positive if sp is positive.........no reason for thin unless the smart money is leaving tech bubble and American index bubble and coming into great divi value stocks that have some defensive qualities.

Very eager to plunge but huge task to climb. The MMs are sick, they won’t let go even after Corbyn threat is gone.
Same reason U.K equity markets lag the rest of the world.......too much shorters in U.K market.

You look at amazon, google, Tesla, Paypal, Facebook, alibaba..........very simple businesses that needed some cash to back it. Nothing special with all those companies.......the word “tech” is so overrated! When you have golf playing execs who are only interested in finding out the new strip clubs then you have a problem.
