my divi producing cos have performed way worse than miners and growth stocks, ggp 150pc 6 months rolls royce up lots,

realistically vod tho done 3opc in last year has halved the div and decades ago price £200.

Though it was a good idea to forgo divi for buybacks.

id actually rather have gently rising share price with RISING divi forever stocks..... *&*&*& !

or even better trusts/funds same.

As said curious which divi (rising) ones u liked.

Obd sales effort has been bad. no effort. I wrote to uk newspapers and health minister their knowledge is also dreadful. And not interested. sad. need cold call every gp heads nhs reporters uk and america for a start its real easy but no one likes the rejection involved so its not done. Crazy I added ggp today at this price, more to come very very undecided if add ggp or hoc .. same business different countries more risk here but more possible upside tho near past hoc hsas outperformed ggp... IMO

Vanilla.. 60p is possible though in the future ull have to wait... 1p to 6p could be sooner than you think a supercapacitor alongside a battery means quick high discharges no issue so battery can be much smaller, and possibility in quick charge discharge devices like electric car regenerative brakes.

Vanilla a supecapacitor will eventually be inside many devices as fones headfones etc alongside the battery which can then be much much smaller in some cases replacing it, even things like high charge car brakes.. the market is yet unknown and massive, 6p??more like 60p.. just wait. (Of course need good management on shareholders side.....

I didnt foresee this at all, I thought the world was opposed to leaders who took over countries by force, and saw glaxo as a reinvented company with the present share price the new base, £20 shortly.

Hocs daily price change numerous occasions is significantly higher than ggp. (hoc 4% ggp 1.3% toady for example. Hoc seems to have apprecaited more than ggp in the recent past.

Is there a reason, or just luck? is it because ggp may still be rated as an explorer????? not producer?

I feel much more comfortable holding a much higher amout in ggp than hoc frez due management and future prospects but its unsettling to see bigger daily rises with hoc.

TMNKY A SPECIAL DIV CAN BE STRUCTURED AS INCOME OR CAPItal gain if the company is CLEAR guidance. Do you know what the special divi will be classed as. I hate making a loss on a share then paying tax on the money given to me! when ultamately you sell yove made a loss and been taxed. (obviously not isa pension)

When I invested in ggp initially a while ago I was looking forward to a rising divi stream. Now im not so sure as once divi out there is immediate loss due to tax not isa pension) even worse if you reinvest divi ggp. So probably best leave directors to use monies or buybacks. Shame as I thought for retirement leave share to appreciate and spend the divi.

If eventually a sustainable divi id like it to be rising.

If a special divi is declared near term it COULD be structured as capital gain if the wording from the company is clear.

Majoring on mri and psa

I wrote to the uk health minister and repoerter last time oxford wasnt on a trial, neither were interested, Meanwhile a friend of mine went to gp and received psa biopsy mri, they didnt know about oxford.

It won't be possible to volunteer for the trial, but Prostate Cancer UK is strongly encouraging anyone who receives a letter to take part.

The trial will look at how rapid MRI scans of the prostate could be combined with prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood tests in order to improve the accuracy of cancer diagnosis.

Currently, men over 50 can request a PSA test, which looks for abnormally high levels of protein in the blood, but this is unreliable, picking up many prostate cancers that would never need treatment, and missing others that do.

The trial will also use spit tests, which extract DNA from saliva, to see if this is more accurate than PSA readings.

Matthew Hobbs, director of research at Prostate Cancer UK, said current diagnostics m
