So the board are seeking a free carry on a 3 well appraisal and possibly a nosey at the Stokes prospect , various options on the presentation as to what's drilled first but I suspect Darwin East will be done first and a look at Stokes, the west can wait until the money starts pouring in (literally). Just waiting for the ink to dry and the RNS........

Well the borders site is all over the place- Bruce used to be BDM then changed to Subsea manager and then went back to BDM (on the site). Now he is both BDM and Subsea manager on the new website........... And where is the AGM presentation, normally its out before close of play on the same day as the AGM.

What I want to know is why on the 22nd of June our BDM Bruce had a new job title of SUB SURFACE MANAGER on the new Borders website but when I looked a second time he was back as BDM???????????????? Slip of the tongue, typo- I think not.

No I couldn't go, had other commitments. One day I will get there, trouble is it's a long way from where I live. Miserably short of any volume here I see.

Hi Anth, A grabbing statement designed to be loud but also lost within the announcing text- hidden in plain sight comes to mind. The puzzling thing for me though is this big change since Obee's sacking (my opinion), the discoverer of Darwin who was a brilliant geologist but lousy CEO and businessman or was Obee leaving part of the bigger plan? One interesting thing is the person I have been poking fun at- Bruce Farrer our " business development manager". When I found the new site last week he wasn't BDM but Subsurface Manager in which I was going to comment on here. But on my second visit back to the site, he is back to BDM- strange..... There's a big cat to be let out of the bag here which they are struggling to keep in, interesting rest of the year ahead and I place my bets now- we won't be under 3p like we are now.

Hi Phil. Possibly, their offices are 2 minutes away from each other but given his relationship through his Dad with Harry, I think not. AB is building his stake here and is now aligned with Dobson on holdings. I liked what Dobson said in the appointment RNS- " whilst Borders and Southern repositions itself to progress the appraisal and development of the Darwin discovery" Strong words and 100% associated with the appointment of Mr Guest.

A bit of me thinks why the hell as this taken so long, was it because of a stubborn Obee?

Nobody likes sharing so I think the next dilution will not happen just to keep the lights on, for me a real tangible plan for appraisal and day to day funding through to development is pretty much in the bag.

I am going with Valeura farming into Borders and paying for the appraisal and general expenses of the board going forward. Post successful appraisal Capex will be met via various Bond schemes, Valeura are forecast to be swimming in cash to the tune of around 600 million usd and growing this year with cash in the bank forecast at over half a billion dollars by the start of 2025. These guys can easily forward the Capex of Darwin and this is what's gonna happen in my opinion.

3 investors and Dobson now own just under one third of the company and increasing. Just thought I would point that out and as Nigel rightly said a load of others between 1-3%.

Last one from me today- Where is all the stock coming from? Holdings RNS for only acquiring and no disposals from anyone else. Floating stock must be at a squeeze soon and on that basis the only way is up in value here and soon.

I wonder what the bigger picture is, when is enough enough? Just to buy for the sake of it and because we are cheap doesn't make much sense, I think there is a tactical element to his holding and he clearly hasn't finished with his stealthy buying under the radar. Is it to facilitate a takeover or partnership with his substantial voting rights aligning with Dobson and other investors? We don't need Sherlock Holmes to figure out that something is going on here......

Brimacombe's Dad was a business partner and friend to Dobson, now deceased.

Brimacombe Junior lives and works in Calgary, ironically only 2 minutes away from Sean Guest's office

Sean Guest ( our new director) is CEO of Valeura Energy and their executive office is in Singapore

Singapore is the home of another new big investor Hugh Mason, Valeura's office is around the corner from his.

Wasn't looking today, but looking at the trades when home it looks a bit iffy. Too many A trades for my liking to move the price up with no real volume, same as we see them doing it to make the price go down and some obvious Bot trades. Yes there were a few caught in the net going up, but not convincing for me- we will see.......

Falklands are totally independent and the UK has no control on what FI want to do. This has already been discussed, if anything it makes the FI even more attractive than ever.

I wonder if Brimacombe and Sean Guest know each other? Brimacombe's office is a 2 minute drive/ 10 minute walk from Valeura's office.......... Literally almost neighbours.

I am probably the last to notice, but Borders have finally got a decent website up. I have a great feeling good things are coming to Bor this year and the severely patient will be rewarded!

No idea what the mm's are playing at 2.38p on the ask to go to 2.38p on the bid. No idea what the plan is here, I mean the volumes they are messing around with are pathetic, there's no profit in it for sure.

We should be at 5-6p minimum right now, I really have had my fill and suggest others do ( my minimum get out price is at 50p within my plan- 8 years left)
