Just looking back on the previous full year results and boy aren't they underwhelming. I am really hoping for something better this time around but suspect the same old news, progress has been so slow here and I am really hoping the build up of deep pocketed investors within BOR tells the true story here. I have always been told - follow the money and you can't go wrong.......... lets see.

We have nearly 50% held by well connected big pocketed investors here, that's enough for me- always follow the money as they say. Patience is what it's all about, wouldn't it be a shame to sell at 2p when it would be 12p in a blink of an eye on good news? I agree though, its been really slow here and I hope its not a new start of the story with the new CEO and rather the closing of one......... I still think Obee was pushed out tho and that does bother me a bit. Great GEO, utter failure at everything else and should have gone right after the discovery, not years later.

Hi Rookie. It's not old news mate- it's BLOCKBUSTING new news for defo, not discussed here before. Ronald is Alan's father (now deceased) and yes Dobson and Ronald go back decades and were business partners in Yorkton. Dobson invested in Rupert Resources investing 3.5 million usd for their drill that struck gold literally and made him millions- Alan after Dad's death duly followed by large investments that made him hundreds of millions also. Dobson and Brimacombe are a clear alliance. The same has happened with BOR- Brimacombe's have followed Dobson with an almighty investment. Possibly should be investigated but hell a sure sign something big is en route...............

It's a daily false movement down like the many false movements up we have, all part of the spin cycle on the BOR washing machine. A fake ASK with no backbone to spook the many, much like they do with a fake bid- its all fake. Just remember the £83,000 buy at 3p just a few weeks ago and also the big buys I saw at 5p from AB. This stock is either boom or bust- no in-between and I have a large bet on boom despite the severe ageing process its taken on me over the years sat here watching f all really happen. Did Obee really go because he wanted a new career at the local Spar shop, or a forever holiday with his beloved? No I think he was pushed out and asked to resign because he was an absolute failure as CEO despite being a brilliant geologist, geologists shouldn't be a CEO and a CEO shouldn't be a geologist -its quite simple, the two don't mix and perhaps our Harry messed up on this assumption. A bit like our business development manager who has been employed for as long as I have been here and he hasn't ever developed any business , let's hope he's the next one out soon.

Fundamentally it's been a big f up here and like the many, we are only here for Darwin. I will be at the AGM this year to voice my feelings and opinions. Darwin will come through, its just a matter of time- the world is too greedy to ignore it for much longer and they don't get any greedier than the oil and gas companies, greed is in their DNA.

I personally think the deal here will be concluded post successful RKH /Navitas FID. This seems to be the key to unlock the geographical door and once open, others will enter with us being taken out, farmed into or financed for us to go it alone.

And it begins it's no trade climb back up again...... Bor is like a thunderbirds character- pulled, yanked, twisted at all times....

The purpose is to be heard and I am confident that we can get to 5% of the company as one voice. 5% of the company aligns us with the bigger shareholders in decisions for the company. That's what it's all about, as for funding requirements your talk is insanely premature at this stage of the year, we have enough till 2025 and like all others here I am hoping for real progress at some point.

Hi Diddly, appreciated- that's actually 4 of us. I need more though, imagine a hostile offer going for Bor and they need to tease the big holders for a deal. Why should we accept any less? Strangely silent here for most tho, perhaps the disclosing is the issue? Or a fund raise , big boys are targeted first with a discounted rate- why not us slaves who have been here before almost all others? I need 5% of the company in PI rep- maybe we already have half already and some.....

The lack of tangible progress is stunning, never before have I been in such a stock with such a wealth of resource and reserves with absolute zero bloody progress over the years. Yes we have some big ticket investors here and a new very silent CEO, but no news-absolute zilch. So when it's time to question our leaders, who's gonna go? - probably nobody.

However I will and I want to represent us here as one voice with X of %, those who join will be surprised at my % in this company and together as one voice we can be heard as a sizeable % of the company.

The main reason is to act as a single block, one voice which can communicate with the board and be heard.

The one thing that does bug me is why Obee left at such a critical moment. He wasn't just the geo guy but also ceo, if the geo and technical side was truly finished there's still the job of ceo and the fund raising. Did he leave because he knew he lacked in this area, or was he pushed as I suspect- asked to resign admirably. His statement that the revised development plan would make farming out much easier hasn't yet come to fruition, there's also the question as to why the revised plan wasn't marketed years ago. The one thing I do like are the new investors and increased holdings my existing ones, without this- I would be a little worried, like Ant says we must have updates. I am planning to go to the AGM this year and I can represent fellow holders with one voice, I am thinking of forming a group in which we would all disclose holdings confidentially between us to give us a bigger voice and more leverage. Thoughts?

At the moment my take on the whole book is that it's managed/ manipulated. They can drop the bid/ increase the bid and do anything with the ASK which pretty much means they are playing both sides of the book. Nobody else is involved because there is no volume, no volume= no profit. However its good, because the squeeze is to force selling and when they are done, they will do the same in the 3's.
