Nearly £200k worth bought today. Like me they think is grossly undervalued.... :-) GS

As you can see from a previous post, I thought £1.40 was a good bet 6 weeks ago and I am only just above water now. This share is one of those enigmas wrapped up in a mystery or some such. Nothing wrong with the numbers (except cash). Nothing wrong with the service (I am a customer). Strong support from Neil Woodford who gets more right than wrong. Spooky absence of the new CEO announced in April (from memory). But no news is usually good news and ON THE NUMBERS this is worth a lot more than it is today. I have rather optimistically set a limit sell at £1.90 to take some profit. But who knows. GL whatever you do GS

Fabulous interims. Revenues up 40%, EPS up nearly 50%, cash generative, 40% dividend increase and bullish post Brexit outlook. Interesting to see if the sp recovers to the �12 where it ought to be. GS

@rivaldo The numbers are never the problem here. However XLM cannot seem to either clearly convey what it actually does, nor can it shake an ownership/governance issue (real or perceived, it does not really matter which). Until it does those two things, the sp will never reflect the performance. Remember �1 by Xmas last year? This is a dividend yield hold for me and I may make a good capital gain one day. But not soon. GS

Broadly very good numbers with EBITDA up over 30%. No comment on cash, but one can assume that has increased also. Only blot on the horizon is that despite continuing deregulation of gambling in the US revenues there are flat. GS

- other than that I have really enjoyed the last few days. Excellent sp performance building well in the run up to results I hope. I would be really surprised if we did not see new highs in the next 4-6 weeks. GLA GS

The sp was recovering anyway (255 was always too low) but the trading update which is good news pretty much across the board, plus the strategic purchase and oversubscribed placing says it all. Normally when I spread bet a share to recover, I take my profits as soon as the sp hits my original target but in this case, although I have cashed some of my bet I will let the rest run as I am sure there is more upside here. Despite all the shenanigans of Brexit, Trump, ISIS, Putin and Corbyn this is just one of those steady, well run businesses that quietly gets on with it in an unsexy marketplace that will keep growing and where consolidation is profitable. @wolf I think the silence is because they are trying to behave like a "proper" FTSE company. No unnecessary RNS and no hype (a bit like Teresa May really). I expect their numbers and outlook to both be good. So barring disasters we are set for a nice run up to the 410/420's by results day and a spike on the day so it will be disappointing if the sp does not hit a new high. Then the question is the same as always; sit tight or sell and rebuy on the drop that seems to happen after every update. GS

Anyone who gets the RST business model will realise that is is based on recurring revenues. These are often boring things as they tend to increase relatively slowly. In times such as these they are enormously exciting as they either decrease slowly or not at all. In fact I am willing to bet that like for like the next update will show them continuing to rise. Given that this share was in the 350's at the beginning of June it looks hopelessly oversold to me. I suspect the fall in sp is simply because RST's customers are businesses that occupy commercial property. As long as they don't go bust or decide to store their documents somewhere else it is hard to see a downside. GLA GS

Very glad I sold on the bounce yesterday. I am almost entirely in cash at present and will buy back in as prices reach what I think are true bargain basement levels. That includes PAYS which is well capable of falling back a long way from here. This has nothing to do with the merits of the company and everything to do with the lunacy of leaving the EU which is too real a possibility to ignore. GS

@wolf Unsurprisingly grounded today I am afraid... ;-) Nevertheless, I bought a few this afternoon around 375 although given the general newsflow I suspect PAYS will go still lower. I will buy more as it does as I am sure the sp will recover to a higher level than today by the next results announcement/update. That is regardless of what happens with referendum results or Californian online gaming. GL GS

Maybe. It also depends on your view of the quality of their loan book and the likelihood of interest rate rises in the (investors') foreseeable future. Any interest rate hike is likely to put pressure on loans where the borrower did not tell the truth, the whole truth.... As if anyone would lie, of course, when trying to max out the amount they can borrow. GS

... but what happens to PAYS EU business in the event of Brexit? For example, on 18 May it press released "Paysafe bolsters international processing capabilities with European cross-border acquiring services.... blah blah" Do such services become subject to one of those "trade agreements" that the UK would need to put in place if it left the EU? And does it shelter under such agreements between the EU and the US/CHina/etc etc? Does anyone actually KNOW? GS

Apart from macro stuff like world recession, Brexit a Trump presidency etc etc there are two big issues with UTW. 1. We wait to see if UTW has a model that is demonstrably capable of generating cash. 2. A new CEO was announced in the middle of April but we still do not know who he/she is. However 140p feels low - I bought some this morning at 141 on the basis that it is significantly more likely to double than go to zero.... GS

Interesting. One of us will be right! But markets tend to over-anticipate. If it looks like Brexit before the referendum, then I would bet on the market rising if we do indeed leave (and vice versa). However in anything other than the short term, I cannot believe that share valuation fundamentals will change, so what was a good undervalued company before we decide to stay/leave will still be a good undervalued company afterwards. GS

So very predictable. The only question however is where to buy back in. I may be wrong, but I suspect this has further to fall yet unless a buyer comes round the corner.... GS

I suggest you ask your broker. But if they have made a mistake you will end up paying.... GS

Having ridden the rise from about 370 to 419/420 I sold and closed spreadbets earlier this week. On past performance, unless there is M&A activity, we will now see a slow drift back to 400 and maybe below. When I will probably buy back in again. No doubts about the longer term here but don't be surprised if there are a few Brexit related scares and any bad news out of China hurts this share. GL to remaining holders. GS
