They opened a modest office (my description, having visited it) in Covent Garden around the time Indro joined (2014?) as it was central to where the Group management team live (north and south of London). They recently announced that this would close as part of the downsizing of the Group organisation and cost reduction programme. Very little need for more than a functional office now I guess.

DB is the shareholder: it has been discussed previously....theyre acting on behalf of a 3rd party which is why the company dont list them.

Why PFG frequently has such large volumes of late reported trades? Yesterday was huge and mostly red.

What are the odds on large late reported trades before 7.50am tomorrow. Or an RNS?

Its flying through the legal system now. I seem to recall that this now goes before a judge for the next stage disclosure?) Sometime Q3 2018. Not the actual court hearing...that'll come later. Not completely sure....but the timing is about right
