Yes: �3.5m for Hubio Enterprise Insurance, a business still struggling to grow quickly enough. Removes cash drain. Quindell Fareham offices also disposed of. Even lower running costs and cash drain... Not reportable by rns under AIM rules but confirmed by the company to shareholders.

In fairness, hes an expert in shareholder value. Especially his own ;-)

I struggled through it and what was very clear is that the numerous claims about Fiedling were made very selectively and completely out of context. When that was added, the SGH team sgoul dhave been embarrassed at being called out like that. All part of the game I guess

By pulling out, I assume you mean from their funding of SGH? If they do, that kind of changes the game a little doesnt it? SGH would probably have bigger issues to deal with and the thought of having to fund the litigation themselves would have to come under scrutiny. My gut instinct was always that it was purely a delaying tactic to help them through the funding process and get the agreement into place with AC. If that is now shakey.....who knows? Let's not forget: SGH's claim isnt about DD and the cases they reviewed, its about Dilution Rates.....and they have very clearly documented that they took ZERO account of WTG's stated dilution rates but instead chose to use their own metrics based on significant experience of buying multiple companies in the same country who were already in comparable businesses. ......and so went ahead in confidence.
