Did you meet Heather Shantora at the tech showcase a year or so back? She's pretty impressive and her ability to raise the profile of the business is unquestionable. It'll be interesting to see the next update and i do expect further positive growth from this especially in areas we've discussed elsewhere.

Morning @mullins58 : With such a large increase by Polygon I can only imagine they feel that:- - the numbers are likely to be good (very good would be welcome) - the SFO 'itch' is becoming less irritating by the month - the SGH claim is less of an issue that SGH would have us imagine. To be frank, having read only the claim and the defence, it's hard to see how SGH look anything but foolish. Then again I'm biaised. I woul dimagine Polygon and the others have invested a few pounds on legal advice as part of their DD. The next company update is crucial (aren't they always?).

Ah OK: understood. I would tend to agree with all of your comments. There was also a significant amount of II buying in the 130s: it was mainly existing holders adding so even getting back to the 180's from here is a big upside from them. It'll be interesting to see what happens assuming a string H2 2017 update then the first big good news (either SFO or SGH)...... we shall see. I have low expectations for 2018 unless something significant happens.

Morning @respective:- what was the basis of your sale value for PTH/Ingenie? The other major stiflers of sp increase remain the open SFO investigation and SGH's immense claim against WTG. Until these are resolved I'm very happy for the businesses to just keep rolling forward positively since no monies can be returned to shareholders.

As you noted once before @Grahambarnes, DB are acting for another investor or investors). I'd love to know who and why.......but can only assume they either see an investment opportunity or are laundering money from a nice gentlemen in darkest Africa who needs to move $50m which he found in a dormant account...

Thanks for the update graeme1. I saw the same at Waitrose and Sainsbury's: interestingly, whilst the FT shelves were virtually empty, the Scccchhh stock was up to the brim. For me this was far from a red flag...it just meant that people were willing to pay 3x (?) as much per 100ml for FT and the supermarkets had been caught out. Like I said below: they won't let that happen again and future stocking will be based on higher actual past sales data.

What are you on about? They've reduced costs, eliminated the central team, sold (more) cash-burning elements and the figures clearly show a turn from losses towards profit. The year end results will, I believe, show ongoing progress in the fundamentals. The ONLY thing stopping a £1 cash return to shareholders is the SGH litigation. NO court will release that cash to us whilst litigation is pending....regardless of who is running the business.

Let's for a moment assume we had a stunningly good CEO. One with a track record in turnarounds. And he was willing to work for free. Do you think the market woukd forget about the SFO and SGH and just buy buy buy pushing the price up to £3? Or would the free guy fail to increase the sp too?

It'll be interesting to see what happens when we eventually get some news. With 56% held in named II's hands, plus possibly others below reporting levels plus LTH's I wonder how much free float there is. Bad news will kill us al (before anyone accuses me ofblind ramping)l......although I suspect that these II's know or have seen something in their DD which allows them to keep buying and increasing their holdings. Time will tell: hopefully only 2 years to go ;-)
