Correction: they go before a court in March and expect the case to be set for trial in 2019. From todays SGH trading update

Not 100% accurate but I seem to recall both parties go in front of a Judge at some stage this autumn with a view to getting a court date in 2019. To be frank I've put this in a dark room and just watching the progress they make with the remaining businesses as well as any announcements re SFO/SGH/Disposals etc. Sleep well.

Unfortunately the writer has done nothing more than look at sector statistics and compared WTGs numbers. Its a meaningless, context-free observation I feel. He clearly has zero understanding of the real risks facing the business and which have led to the current glue in which its stuck.

@gallini: its quite possible that this relates to him. I was never involved in WRN thank God but was contacted 2 years ago for some information I had on file. Part of TW's problem is his liberal sharing of information (good and bad) and the resulting electronic footprints he leaves. His verbal abuse, which appears to have calmed somewhat since the peak of the old QPP days, also did him no favours.

For the life of me I can't imagine the trading update is going to be a bad one. I've bought more today and have another chunk waiting on the (unlikely) off chance it slips back a few more pence.
