IOIK: if you happen to be a member of the other shareholder site you may have seen the VERY heated exchange on the Daniel Stewart board a few months ago where Rob Terry's 'generous' expense policy was discussed with his direct input....sickening arrogance. I suspect this little snippet which has cost him and his family �1.08m opens a very big can of worms. I wonder what influence it has on the mindset of those involved in ongoing inquiries.....

Well yes. I was referring more to the matters relating to Rob Terry and his wife.

I'm guessing they've done their homework; spoken with the company; examined the SGH claim and WTG response. On that basis decided to continue buying. I huess we'll find out extremely soon with the year end numbers

No idea: the poster also copied a screen shot from ASIC showing the status of SGH as 'in external administration'

My assumption is that the ongoing claim is part of the assets of the business.....and an Administrator would try to negotiate some value to settle it. Totally uninformed opinion only.

There is speculation on Hot Copper that SGH will be taken into administration tomorrow ...... interesting times ahead.

To answer your question I suppose it would take an understanding of the remaining businesses and your thoughts on that, coupled with potential risk from the two major legacy issues. Look at the last 12 months + of RNS's and it will show a clear pattern of buying by institutions so I guess that gives you a barometer of kinds. By the way: what's your view on the legacy issues?

Absolutely agree....the potential is still rediculously good based solely on the quality of product and market share especially in international markets. Cant believe I only found this last autumn ....

The drop back is bigger than I expected on such great numbers. Was FEVR just overheated or is this normal after their numbers are announced? I seem to recall a post a few months ago which suggested a drop after preliminaries then a steady climb back. Anyone care to offer some historic perspectives? Seems like an opportunity to average up here.

I spent some time with Heather Shantora and the team in Las Vegas this week at HIMSS (look it up). She's a great leader and asset to the business.
