Just do it! Call an EGM! It should be no problem getting support. I would support it. Not because I’m having doubts about them being in talks about outlicensing and/or partnering, but mainly because I’m not getting the impression they feel the urgency to close deals. They’re getting nicely rewarded anyway, deal or no deal, while their shareholdings are next to nothing compared to people on this BB. I feel it’s about time for them to feel pressure from loyal shareholders that have suffered enough. If you’re any serious about your complaints, distrusts etcetera you should take up the task of starting an EGM up. Maybe you could start asking for a members register? Gfb- feeling positive about it too. It's just too specific for a lie. 6 parties involved implies no pop and mom store deal. 2 parties having trouble with territory might just be what's holding up the closing of a deal. Feeling much more comfortable about the current situation.

as shareholders there are not a lot of activist shareholders needed to change things. The shares being in many private hands make the voices of the shareholders standing up against -whatever- very powerfull.

I’ve asked Align about their 180 degree turn. The way I see it nothing has really changed since their EMG threats towards Val. Haven’t received an answer yet. Also very recently send an e-mail to the Bod. No respons.

tomorrow one might think of taking the first steps calling an EGM. This BB reaches at least 6% of VAL shareholders, so it should be easy to get support. If nothing substantial it’s time for the Bod to start feeling some pain too.

Odd isn’t it? Longs doing everything in their power to destroy the share price as much as they can. Causing their own pain. I don’t get that behaviour. Don’t like to see a falling share price either, don’t like to see further increasing losses. But it the end it’s only me that’s responsible for that. Nobody forced me to buy shares, I got in on a too high a price or maybe I choose to believe the wrong people. It’s all in the game. Still feel this will come good. If not, another lesson learned. BOL holders!
