Let’s hope the FDA filing will be soon. A raise is unavoidable alas. Not now, not yet, let’s hope it will be at a higher price because of positive news. Unfortunately they’ve done a terrible job raising money the last time and I expect people are selling now because of that.

I agree partially. Time is money. Without any realisations MFAI will need funding i.c. raise equity. I would hate to see them raise funds while there is such a huge gap between the shareprice and nav. That would hurt shareholders enormously. Without realisations short term I can see that happening. I’m in for the long term, but do believe it’s in current shareholders best interest to see one or more investments getting monetized.

I fully agree, blind ideology is killing economies everywhere.

No problem Bubble. Significant developments will be announced as and when they arise. And they are thinking about what can be done to try to get the market to understand their value.

I’ve requested the company to give more detailed information regarding the investment portfolio. I’d like to get better idea about what amount we’ve invested in which company and what percentage of the outstanding shares we’re holding.

I’m pretty confident a large percentage of the gap between the share price and the net asset value can be attributed to the opaque information they’re giving the market.

Also I’ve asked them about the large transactions in both SURE and MFAI not so long ago. They don’t know who were responsible for those. To me it’s reassuring that it hasn’t been MFAI selling SURE shares.

Now wait and see what will develop.

Looks like SURE and MFAI ‘s share price are only going to rerate when a (possible) exit will be announced.

I’m expecting an MFAI update this week. Like others, I’d really like to see a more detailed report.

I’ve added to my positions. MFAI and SURE are doing a 70% discount. Some holdings in the portfolio are progressing really well. If only the gap between and share price would narrow to 30% or so, you’re looking at >100% profit on your investment. I like the odds.
