Not really. Placees effectively got shares at an average of 0.56-0.57p. Pretty sure their losses (if any) are only very marginal.

@Kencarv- I'm not sure I'd like the idea of directors getting paid in shares. We're talking about 400,000 GBP yearly.

Based on the current sp of 0.5p that would mean 80 milion shares to be issued to directors or 12.3% dilution.

As LSAI is very much undervalued imo I would not be liked to get diluted with 12.3%. And it could be a lot more as directors have got their living expenses too and would probably be forced to sell (some of) their shares on the market.

Looking at the current trading volumes any forced director selling would put enormous pressure on the share price causing additional dilution (salaries changed into shares at lower share prices). A downward spiral.

It probably has gone unnoticed but directors took a pay cut (don't know how much).
Share price wise it would probably have been better if they did not take that pay cut, but used some of their salary for directors buys on the market.

Anyway, I would prefer things as they are. Would like to see some directors buys though if (financially) possible.

I'm counting on contract wins and on a rerate of the share because of that.

are truly demanding and expecting the company to inform shareholders on a daily basis about what’s going on. That’s very unrealistic and also the Bod/CEO has better things to do, such as building up the company.

We’ve been given a trading update end of july, the announcement of a contract win beginning of september and ( a positively worded imo) half year report mid september.
All with the promise that we would be updated asap if new contracts (that are expected) are closed.

This company is on track and focused, operating in a growing market, with a product that’s needed.
They’ve better things to do than holding us by the hand every day and telling us everything will be alright.
Some investors should realize kindergarten is a thing of the past.

I sympathize with the long term holders. Not with the whiners though. Nothing else to do but to comment consistently in a negative way. Yes, I’m alive, but because of it closer to death-mentality. Lighten up, find a meaningful hobby!

Don’t you follow the market? Brands and agencies are going more local. People probably keep everything more local too. The importance of having trustworthy location data is only increasing. Price of location data is going up. Makes it more important to be able to verify what it is exactly brands have been paying for.

Nothing wrong with this company currently. Taking all the right steps. I expect a new contract to be closed soon.

We already knew additional funds are most likely needed.
And I counted on it. I was surprised really that current cash would be sufficient till Q2 2021.

I do think any raising will be done (early) 2021 giving us sufficient time for new contracts to be closed leading to a possible rerate of the company.
I’m expecting any new funds will come in at >1.0p.
If not. Such is life.
Imo LSAI being the number 1 (the only one?) in location verification is worth more than 1.4 million (=marketcap - cash).

Just to amuse me. Given the circumstances LSAI and every other company has to deal with, what was it you didn’t like about the RNS? I’m all for getting better insight as I really do feel they’ve done a great job and are taking every necessary steps to increase revenues, decrease costs etcetera.

You know what I feel is childish behavior? Posting daily about .... nothing. And I do think you’re a whiner. You don’t tell as it is, you post about the past, again and again and again.
You feel obliged to “counterattack” every positive development with negatives from the past.
You’re not a realist, you’re frustrated about your past decision (mistake) to invest, having lost money and you feel like having a negative attitude towards the company/bod/ceo is somewhat like a payback.
Well, it isn’t.
And posting on a BB does have influence especially when you’re talking about companies with a 2 million GBP marketcap or so.

Why are you even a shareholder if you don’t believe the people running the business?
It’s clear to see what’s happening in the location data business and it’s evident LSAI will benefit from that.
As I don’t believe anyone in his right mind would short a 0.5p share (if even possible) I take it you’re someone that just likes to whine.
You’re doing a great job on that.
