The R&D issue IS relevant as it was not about how much longer it would keep the company afloat. It was stating the company did not receive the cash and THAT was a lie.

I've stated before I would like to see the Bod's interests being more aligned with ours, thus buying shares on the open market.
I'm not saying it's all looking great, but I do believe VAL has something to offer to potential partners and that's not reflected in the share price.
Yes, I know about a possible dilution and if I felt new equity would be raised before any real VAL201/401 news I would not buy or add. However, I believe news will be sooner then ...

Adam- It's about people doing anything in their power to make it all look bad and don't mind lying or at the least causing confusion (while knowing better?).

I don't lie to make the company look good. I like to stick to the facts as much as possible. Latest fact being that VAL201 seems to work. That's what an indepent person researched and stated.

roses- obviously you don't understand (willingly ?) and that's the issue. They've received the tax credit in cash.

To be exact the amount was 416,336 (which could also be found in the half year report, point 3).

Someone bought 4,000,000 @1.53p yesterday. Not reported untill today. Do you really think people would have sold @1.2x today if they knew that? This kind of permitted (?) MM’s games are what is holding back the sp. Not the companys RNS’s, not the investors, but the BS games MM’s are allowed to play. No words for it only disgust.

Uncanny- I don't care. The whole system of late reporting regardless of the reason is flawed. A market should be as transparant as possible. This system is not meant to protect PI's and alikes, it's a system that (mostly) benefits the MM's. There's no excuse for its existence other than being there for the MM's.

Proud? About what exactly? Share price crashing back despite a positive RNS? Derampers showing some courage today again. Yesterday spooked them off a little I guess. :)

Nothing will be done about it. A lot of people seem to think this is okay. Late reporting should not be allowed.

Must admit, that never happened to me Valju. Maybe because I’ve never walked away after placing my bet? Am going to try it though if it works that great!

Most people having an agressive unhappy view suffered real losses I guess. The ever declining share price is only throwing oil on their fire. I understand. Don’t like the downwards spiral too but it’s a shitty market and VAL gets zero acknowledgement for what has been accomplished. Marketcap is just too low. Still believe strongly this will come good.
