If I ever wanted to organise people to call for an EGM again this would be my target. No Bod’s share holdings, no II’s. The activist shareholders in total control. Can’t ask for any better circumstances really.

Tozerk- you don’t any illegal stuff to call an EGM. Just organise one. If they’ve done illegal stuff you can go after them with a civil suit.

For starters, I’m not ramping. Not telling people to buy, because of ... (the wrong reasons). Just “preaching” for some realism here, a better balanced BB not one infested by people repeating the same negatives over and over again. Strangest thing being, they really can do something about it. But they don’t. They just take the easy way. And it’s soo easy here to get what you want. The Bod doesn’t hold a substantial amount of shares, there are no II’s holding.

That’s nothing. Can’t be checked and has no real effect. I challenge you man, do something real. Show me you’re capable. Don’t hide after meaningless words. You can get the people out that you despise and think are overpaid. All it takes is some real effort. Again, I’ll support you with my (ever increasing number of) votes. Do it, don’t be a pussy!

Tozerk- No man, I’ve no issues with them. YOU DO! You’re their biggest fan, but probably not up to it. So easy, to just sit behind your desk doing nothing. I would if I felt like you. I’ve done it in the past and would do it again if I felt that strong. But you know what, that requires real committement, real action and that’s probably too hard for 99,9% of the people. So you don’t have to feel bad being unable to do such things.

Concerted attack to get the share price on its knees, I don’t know what is. No use trying to give any counterweight. It just goes on and on. People with all words and no action.

Tozerk- but why don’t you DO something about it! Get people organised and call an EGM to get rid of the Bod that you despise so much. Why would one not top up at lower prices? I do. Nothing has really changed since my initial buy. Only the share price down. So what? You win some, you lose some. Now buying at a 40% lower price. Was not my intention, but hey you adapt to altered circumstances. Less risk to buy now then before.

people I know this share has been a disappointment to many of you. But to keep on bashing, again and again, 24/7. You’ve got to ask yourself the question “Do I have a live besides besides the VAL BB?”. It’s really starting to get pathetic. I’m concerned about mental health issues here. Life is not about a VAL share price going down, or other people making too much money to your liking. Breath, go out, take a walk, drink a nice glass of wine! Don’t waste your life ventilating your anger on a BB. Jeeeeeeeeezzz.

I just can not imagine how this can be in accordance with trading rules. Day in, day out, it’s impossible for investors to get a grip on what’s going on.

It’s a shame all this is allowed. A market is supposed to be transparent. I’m going to quit trading on the LSE. The whole system with MM’s quoting and reporting as they like when they like is flawed. Going to do my own Brexit. Once I’ve closed my VAL position (succesfully no doubt) that’ll be it. GL holders!
