HappyInvestor there you go again talking the SP down.... all twisted lies to suit your agenda. You nor do I have any idea what price new shares will be issued at. Institutional investors who are already in and like us don't want there own shares diluted what new shares issued at market value, your a nasty piece of work spouting lies when people have already suffered a lot.

Hasa I agree, but the thing is we are here now, have to think whats best going forwards and for me its to load up to prevent dilution in equity raise. if you add the equity raise to the current market cap 240 market cap 530 raised we will have market cap of 770 million, as soon as new shares issued. I feel everyones pain here but have to think what we can d to improve things not what we should of done as can not change that, just my opinion. Nobody happy at whats happened here. The difficulty here is finding double what you have in now to to re-invest and its not going to be easy for anyone but is what is required to overcome the situation. The institutional investors seem to agree with whats being proposed so that alone makes me think this deal is for the greater good long term though understand anyones misery at current SP

Has yes but the company will be far better than we were more spread over several assets not relying on one big hitter, 100K barrels per day, Less debt, Less shorts....... So SHOULD have a higher value analysts were saying a fair price was £1.5 beginning of the year without BP assets..... Take all this into account 60P is realistic once covid nightmare is put to bed!!

I fully agree Vaccine will change things, my neighbours a chemist and says the company regarding the Oxford trials for cover were hoping to make an announcement this month and if positive will be producing the vaccine a few months after the announcement. His own company is hoping to manufacture the vaccine as will many others so fingers crossed as ruining lives and the economy as long as its allowed to continue!!

Thanks for the concern I m ok was mainly thinking about others!! I ve seen some terrible things happen in the past and its easy to get carried away and not realise the consequences of your actions at times!!!!

I have ****ed up royally and its a extremely testing time for anyone in general ATM, Theres seems to be some characters twisting everything about premier into a negative ATM. Its understandable debating PRO's and cons but some people have suffered great pain even harmed themselves in similar situations, show a little compassion and think if that were you. You never know even online if just the thing your saying can push someone over the edge. Just think twice before getting your kicks out of booting someone while there down!!

The creditors don't want any company they have lent money to to go bust!! THEY LOSE MONEY. The institutional investors won't put money in unless they know for sure premier can survive until there debt is paid down even in testing times.

I don't think anyone can call this, those waiting until refinancing is done to buy might be doing the right thing, BUT maybes not as is you not in I THINK theres a good chance as soon as its confirmed they have enough money raised and deal is going ahead there could well be a jump in prices as a sense of relief everything is now sorted and safe, and will have to pay a premium at this point, I get there will be less risk but its not all one way and could have to pay for the fact theres no risk.

current debt is 2 billion 300 million debt reduced with new shares, sell ZAMA for a low 200 million worst case (half what it was forcast to sell for) then debts down to 1.5 billion back end of this year beginning of next there will be massive savings in interest this could easily accelerate debt repayment but its not a definite so they can not use it in calculations and although it will not generate the same price its a world class asset and there will be interest in it.

Wouldn't blame anyone for being ****ed off but you have an agenda to try and talk price down, of course its been painful and nobody can say you will be wrong but what if oil goes to $80 for one year or 2?? All you want to do is make it look bad but the future commodity prices are a risk we all absorb with investing.

Antigua I get frustrated by the de-rampers and thought Premier was a dead cert long term so have been devastated by the last weeks events. I would like to think it wasn't TD's fault its not his style to do this, probably he was forced by creditors its hard not to feel resentful and will never know the truth. AK I understand anyone being mad, I was but you posts of constant doom and gloom make you sound anything but long, if wrong I apologise and wish anyone long Fullest sympethy going forwards that has been long. Fingers crossed for the longer term, was a big fan of TD in the past the way this has happened I don't know what to think, whether right or wrong why did they not hold back the announcement without first arranging what they need to to announce the SP of the RI at the same time. Maybes something I m missing, but this is out of character for TD which makes me think its the CREDITORS that have forced the issue , would love to cripple the lot of them!!

Lets hope so HH I have been crippled and extremely dissapoingted like everyone else, who's to blame I don't really know but ARCM I would hazard a guess, if so I hope they suffer in life they deserve to for what they have done here screwing deal in the first place. Yes but if its half the vale who ever buys will be buying in cash amounts normally so will be buying more, in my opinion!!! Few people say I m going to buy 100 shares, most say I was £100 worth, hence will be buying greater volumes. I hope it ripples but not sure would love to hear balanced views, not de-rampers/rampers.
