Danielson my own opinion is a rights issue won't happen, but if it did happen I think it would only be if Premier can work Renegotiation of the Deal with BP. You have to think longterm but is the deal worth what it was to us... Not really. BP know this so think they will sort some kind of a better deal for us!!

Is rights issue good or bad?
A rights issue is an opportunity for current shareholders to increase their stake in a company, for a reduced cost. In doing so, they increase their exposure to a company's stock– which could be good or bad, depending on a company's profit and loss statement.

OIL My basic understanding of this is that as long as you take part in the rights issue then your not getting diluted. Yes you have to have the money to do this but if the money raised is then going on to strengthen the company increasing value then its not a bad thing. Unless you don't have the money to put in!!

Short term theres many factors but if you sell and the verdict from court case comes in COULD be painful being out at the time. I was expecting it this week so unless somethings changed with courts would expect to hear something next week!!

Yury Premier says they can survive current prices until the end of the year with the liquidity they have available, though would be a disaster if they stay at this level until the end of the year for most companies including Saudi Russia and America I m hoping they come to some sort of agreement in May worst case but everyones just guessing ATM. If it were to stay where it is until the end of the year no matter what they say Saudi and Russia would both be goosed

We already found of the CAPEX planned for this year think it was 470 million dollars we can cut 100 million and potentially another 20-30 has been earmarked and I m sure there will be extra cuts that could be made if things stayed as poor as they are for longer
