We were supposed to be drilling there another massive potential reservoir but not sure if this is still going ahead or not with current CAPEX cuts.

We will have news next week on if its worth flow testing or not by wireline results

I believe were drilling 1 infill well there this year again I don't know how long it will take if successful to turn this into a producing well and don't know what it would add to current production levels, but got a mate who worked on it in production and been told theres loads of oil there and there wells produce very well!!

I believe the drilling of P3 is imminent waiting on weather for transcend leader to drill it, all being well I don't know how long it would take to turn successful drill into a producing well, but worked on the solan and think each well was originally expected to produce 10 000 barrels a day

Herd a lot pf people asking questions about ZAMA. My basic understanding is the reservoir of oil we have under at Zama stretches into the neighbouring block owned by Pemex (1 combined resivour), we have drilled a total of 4 wells in our block and gathered a lot of data from that. Whats holding the sale of Zama is the The partnership that owns Zama (us) and Pemex are trying to come to an agreement over how much oil each block has, i.e Zama has x amount of barrels of oil and Pemex owns x amount of barrels of oil. I don't think Pemex are in a good position financially or organisationaly at present and have not drilled any wells in their block which dose not strengthen their case. If an agreement can not be achieved between the company's then there is the equivalent of a government ombudsman who will make the decision, and they will make a decision within 105 days if we have to go to them for a decision and have herd they have been very helpful so far. Once Premier have a decision then they can go to the list of preferred buyers they have and see if they wants to buy it. Regardless of the current market situation its still one of the best reservoirs discovered in the last 5 years in shallow water!!!! Hope this helps :)

TheTexan I believe Zama is still going through the Unitisation Process this should be complete in 6 months max but could be sooner then will prospective buyers will be approached again regarding the sale.

Hi guys the world is a very insecure place ATM the sooner we get this drill completed the better. How long if we find oil will it take us from now to complete flow tests anyone know??
