Afternoon...

At the risk of seemingly offending some on here...

I just wanted to do a bit of a briefing re your charitable giving involving my Grandson, Henry

He set out to raise £400 overall for the terrific charity concerned

So first he formed his team ...
persuading four other boys to join him

and then... he assigned a target fund raise of £80 per boy...to hit the overall total

I don't yet know how much fund raising the other boys are doing

but I am pretty sure the numbers will not be in the same league as the £735 raised so far by Henry !!!

Let's call a spade a spade...

He hit that terrific total

Because of you lot!!!

Not only have you given widely and generously of your money

But ...through your individual and collective actions...

You have provided a true life lesson to a young man ...

'such lesson will stay with him for the rest of his life'

The above words were spoken by his mother this very morning ...

she is also quite stunned by your kindness
and asked me to express her gratitude

At one stage, donations were coming in SO fast that I thought he would hit £1,000...

But... of course ...the rate slightly reduced to now sit at the terrific figure of £735...

His mother told me this morning that ...

there is to be an overall award for the largest amount of funds raised...

and she thinks he could even be in with a chance of achieving that accolade ...
that could multiply the life effect upon him of course

As to Henry himself...
I cannot begin to tell you how bowled over he has been...asking questions such as

'who ARE all these nice people

who I don't know
but still want to support little me?'

There is perhaps confusion re drill rigs???

What is sitting on MOU2 is the Star Valley rig 101

It's technically advanced ...and with high capacity ( Litotes R us)

It is able to drill to well over TWICE the target TD

It must not be confused with the rig available to sdx...
That one is the old ONHYM rig...
It's serviceable ...but in a lower echelon

Hope that helps to allay 'confusion'

All...and I do mean all...
The debate that has taken place on this illustrious BB is of no consequence
to the outcome of the venture that is Guercif if the main graben is as prolific as I believe and understand

It is that belief and understanding that brought me here in the first place
and that holds my rapt attention

I readily assure folk that I am neither...

But I am well researched re Guercif...

Ferociously so

to an extent that might become clear at the appropriate point

I decided to do a quick second post this evening re route 'B'...

PRD had estimated production of 50 mmscfd

At $16 per mcf...(I will address that figure later)

that works out at $800,000 worth of flowing gas per day.

$600,000 Net to PRD (After partner ONHYM's 25%)

$219M Gross to PRD per Annum.

That equates to say $159M Net profit per annum to PRD ...after costs.

That figure of 50 mmscfd was the subject of much regression analysis ...checking...work by Methodology...it's covered in 'Sleeping Giant' ...
and in more detail separately on Reddit

But here's the thing...

Route 'A' and Route 'B' are not mutually exclusive!!!

This is due to differences in the end user profiles...

Thus the routes can co exist...

That would be very much to our advantage

So let's revert back to that $16 figure for GME bulk gas...

Whilst the European gas market pricing is less exalted than recently...

There is now no doubt that Mr Putin has forced major change upon the European gas markets
and that such change is permanent...

European governments having been forced to confront the brutal reality...
That gas needs to come from other than Russia !!!

and previous Russian supply is no longer the foundation of European economic growth

So... longer term gas prices in Europe are unlikely to resume their old cheap levels

One last thing...why... oh why... oh why
did PRD start talking about the speed of reaching ...not 50 mmscfd ...but 150 to 250 mmscfd!!!

Pop back to the maths on 50mmscfd

Do a bit of basic arithmetic

I did

And yes...those production numbers are only slightly lower than those from an Israeli gas find ...given enough time... I might think of its name

To try to clarify

There are at least TWO routes to monetisation that are attractive to us here

A...

The CNG project is FIRST to monetisation...

It is a cheap way to move 'lower' volumes of gas to fragmented industrial customers....

by use of trucks...creating a 'virtual' pipeline ...

Which could readily service multiple user locations...

That flexibility is a vital point

((we have read several times that ‘lower’ is actually very substantial…

witness RNS 0f 18 March 2021

And calculations in 'Michael Caine' and ‘Sleeping Giant’)

There are many such industrial companies that already use large quantities of 'bottled' gas...

they are paying heavy prices ... $$$ ... for so doing

Not only would PRD be able to supply them at lower prices...thus improving the customers’ own profit margins

But could supply the CNG as ADJUNCTIVE…

Which is very important

As it would not be gas that would necessarily require ‘take or pay’ contracts and multiple producing wells for reasons of down time etc

Eureka...light bulbs etc

So…it could be sold quickly at very good prices ...$16!!...

which would prove advantageous to the customers ...

whilst providing big income to PRD

Perhaps '£2.67 per share' might ring bells?

I also fully expect a ready customer base to be able to provide funding to PRD

by entering into advance purchase contracts …

whereby CNG is forward sold at a discount …

which discount effectively reflects a ‘borrow’ cost to PRD…

it’s a WIN/WIN type deal

BUT…whilst that route to monetisation is valuable ...re both timing and unit $$ price …(as I say...£2.67 per share value might resonate with several folk here?)

It is indeed too small... as the SOLE distribution channel...

For the very BIG production numbers more recently spelled out by PRD

THOSE big numbers would go to the European gas markets…

And would do so via tap in rights into ...and transport through... the VACANT GME pipeline…

which pipe is adjacent to MOU1 and crosses Guercif

Yes...this post 'merely' reflects route 'A'

I hope to talk about route 'B' tomorrow and maybe a bit on top

I received a phone call about 20 mins ago...from a very excited 8 year old!!!

He had just seen that he had smashed the target...

he asked me 'who are these nice people?'

Despite that...Henry has asked me to thank everyone

I think he found the whole idea of such kindness from strangers quite overwhelming

Seems to me that the life lesson is going really well...

and it's all down to you lot!!!

OT...

I am most grateful to those folk on Twitter who have already kindly supported my Grandson...aged 8... in his first public venture into charitable fundraising

As far as I am concerned...

To try to help those less fortunate than ourselves...
is one of THE most important lessons in life...
it is something I also learnt when still very young
It has yielded some startling results

My Grandson has formed a triathlon team to compete in a large charity event ...they are working their socks off in training...they are bloody serious about it

Last night, I was reviewing several RNSs and presentations...

I just point out one seemingly small point at this stage...

In the very remarkable RNS of 18 March 2021, much information was provided regarding an initial scheme for trucking CNG to the expanding industrial markets...

Several assumptions were used to build the maths of that initial scheme

One of which was that the initial wellhead pressure of MOU1 would be 2100 psi...

with a decline rate to 500psi after 10 years production

As some here know, the pressures discovered at MOU1 did not reach 2100psi...

They were FAR higher!!!!

The knock on effects for productivity and decline rates... and thus project economics ...are likely to be significant

Of course , Michael Caine then translated that opaque RNS into something more user-friendly

To this day...
It's very clear that ...

not only were there NO errors in Michael Caine

EVERY figure used in it has improved...

quite markedly

An odd thing here...imo...
Was quite HOW noisy the shoutists were when I was posting my bulk purchases...

Folk simply didn't want to know!
Some were really very rude...

To a large degree, that still holds true...

One only has to consider the scale and quality of the assets plus the top quality management...to understand that the current enterprise value ...never mind the market capitalisation ...woefully under values what we have...

hence my banging on about being valued as if the equity was really just a Call Option...because that is exactly how it is priced right now

I think that many folk have such poor personal investing track records that they sort of can't see the wood for the trees

There appear to be some here who cannot... or will not ... comprehend what is written

There appear to be some here whose posts are borne out of malice aforethought

I comment as follows...

Until today ...

I had NOT been informed that the detailed test programme for MOU1 had been agreed...

I had assumed that such programme agreement was still work in progress...
So I was surprised by the RNS

Mou1- Testing Update...

(The clue is in the headline)

And...
Upon reading the RNS...
I was pleased to learn that such detailed programme HAD been agreed

It's not the matter of a moment to select the relevant contractors and to achieve such agreement...

anyone who thinks it is easy might wish to carry out even more research

I also learnt today that ONHYM had been in the loop

and that THEY have also INFORMED the relevant Authorities that such programme execution is imminent

But I think that PRD then provided too much information...

That was done due to their great keenness to inform shareholders each step of the way...

I know what had driven such open comms...

it was done with the finest of intent

In the RNS...
They gave details re part of the procedures to be followed...

That even included commentary re the location of the relevant explosives

and the requirements to escort such under police guard

I have never before seen such detail published by another company...

To the doubters...please show me another!

Some here will recall that I had met Paul...some years ago... for a one on one at 10 Basinghall Street EC2...
(my old haunt of 'The City Circle' in my day)

It was actually attended by a young broker who accompanied Paul but he played no part in the discussion

As an aside...
I told Paul that ...when I ran my own investment bank on the full main market...the web did not really exist and my shareholders were the great and the good of The City

Thus the Comms demands upon me were limited to meeting and informing a small group of powerful and intelligent people...
I did so very frequently and in detail

I went on to say to Paul that I could not possibly envisage me doing what he was doing...hats off to him!

IE trying to inform many many people of vastly different levels of skill and commercial experience...

If I was to have that chat with Paul again today. I would reiterate my comment

I would do so ten fold

I think there are folk here who are totally self serving and disingenuous...

It's regrettable but its what happens when access to electronic 8 point Verdana is given to those with 4 point brains and or morals

One last thing

Many seem to be operating on a different calendar to me

Whilst I am not planning to try to front run any figures...

(I have my own hunches
But really want new figures...if any... to come first from Paul at the appropriate time)

I do agree that it's possible we could see bigger numbers from MOU1 ...not least of which as we have some very decent measurements already from MOU2...

A lot of folk seem to have totally overlooked such success already at MOU2 !!!

Thus, the scope seems to be available for MOU1 to prove up greater lateral extents than publicised to date

So far, what we are seeing is fitting in remarkably well with my own 'thoughts'

Personally, I would be a bit surprised if the resources available from MOU2 did not exceed pre drill estimates...

partly due to the much thicker sand bodies...( We know of course that there is an improving relationship between sands thickness and productivity per metre...methodology did great analysis work on that subject)

And partly...as I think Keith pointed out...due to the greater gas expansion factor we should experience at greater depth

To the market...
We would appear to be in a bit of limbo...hence silly SP imo

We would appear to be in a terrific position

Interesting note...thank you

Coincidentally, I was going through that presentation and Q&A yet again late last night...

I was reminded of Paul's helpful answer re the gas cloud possibly spilling out of the bottom of the reservoirs structure in a fill to spill case

Folk might recall that a couple of posters (!) on here had postulated that scenario...

I also found it interesting that they keep referring back to the seven gas water contacts in Anchois...meaning that our resources can really start to literally stack up

Overall...and I freely admit I am a big fan of Paul and Lonny...

I reckon that session by Paul raised the bar on how informative E&Ps can be to their small shareholders...
Some will have noticed that he didn't skip any question...and all were answered after due thought...you could see the mental cogs turning

Tours re force come no more forceful..?

Deeply impressive

As regards seal quality...
I cannot usefully comment further on the chemistry involved...

But I am reminded of some great resources in Kazakhstan...where some of the salt seals are 1500 metres thick...I kid you not
I know people who were monumentally successful in technically evaluating ...discovering... those resources
