Would you please explain why you believe that

DEDUCTIVE logic can be applied in the case of hydrocarbons exploration

I am baffled...( I know!)

Allow me to explain...

I am 'more' tuned in than most...

but 'even I' rely on inductive logic...

The reason of course is that

1...
we are engaged in significant and ongoing scientific evaluation

2...
It is INDUCTIVE logic that is used in connection with deriving real ...evidential... value of hypothesises in science

In addition...
Once one adds in the effects of self organising systems in nature...it becomes even clearer that deductive logic cannot be applied

Hence the reason I post caveats!

I commented on Twitter as follows...

we are drilling to prove 1.3 TCFs nett...
not BCFs

the assumed recovery % is lowballed...
massively

the nett back per BCF has increased...

There are targets beyond 1.3TCF...
massively

In my very humble opinion:

These figures contain more padding

Than the bedding at The St Regis NYC'

But...here is the thing...

All of the above BTWs ignore the fact that numbers expressed in the CPR are at 25% of the actual numbers...

Really

If anyone has any doubt...just study the caveats under which that 75% risking applies

I am not making this up...
(A consistent feature of all my posts)

And as I emphasise in many of my posts...

RISK remains.

Its been greatly reduced but some still remains

It cannot be otherwise due to the nature of the venture

It really is not $1.99 per BCF

That is the netted down figure after applying 75% commercial ...not geological...risk

and NOT for CNG!

For CNG ...
One should multiply by four...

Then apply whatever % risk factor one wishes

I bought my bulk holdings soon after the licences were acquired...
and when the SP was on the floor...1.5p

Extraordinary opportunity

It was as if Christmas had come early

Yet many shoutists told me I was nuts!

I regard parts of the Guercif licences
as the best I have ever seen...

That is not hyperbole

I have tried to explain why on here

Some will agree...some will disagree ...

It's their choice

Some will squabble over peanuts

Some will act to damage the SP for their masters' own advantage

The outcome here is inevitable...

it was written millions of years sgo

PRD may or may not form my investing swansong

We agreed to share the upside of our endeavours ...50/50% each of our two families

We set up a thin capitalised JV

The other chap then failed to keep confidential information...confidential

Red flag to me!!!

So I closed down the JV before it traded

We fell out big time...all over the BBs at that time...massive row

Nothing has changed at either MOU1 or MOU2

MOU2 remains suspended...((CURRENTLY))

Testing of MOU1 is happening

Think immediacy of production...and proving volumes

Everything they are doing is focused on the twin prizes...

1...Immediacy of production ...from MULTIPLE wells

2...Expansion of resource base...
moving as much as possible ...as fast as possible... into RESERVES

Achieve those things and bingo

This can...will... then be sold...

either in whole or in part

This is the biggest race to the finish any will ever see...

he was hyper successful at identifying giant oil plays...

Whilst ...as CORRECTLY forecast / publicly/ by me...
SOU was 'less than wholly successful' in drilling at Tendrara...
that total acreage DOES contain some very high volumes...
but they need to look in the right place!

As to Guercif...the current graben is monstrously pregnant
all will be revealed in due course

But ...in my humble opinion(!) that is NOT the end of the story there...

As to other hyper sized gas discoveries ...
they were either last Century and/or brought to light be many more than ONE man

Adnan was a true one off...(I hold photographic stuff that would surprise most)

Paul is a true one off too

Funny thing...
For WELL over a decade, I have known another geologist
whose hydrocarbons success record actually dwarfs both Adnan and Paul combined...

No...you cannot buy shares in his company

No...I am not making this up

It has just occurred to me that

market folk just about get their heads around barrels of oil ...
Re values and values...
It's sort of easy to 'value'...oil being a widely quoted benchmark...
notwithstanding the multitudes of different grades and delivery points

BUT

This is THE thing...

most folk appear to have not the faintest idea re volumes and values of gas

It's sort of a black art to many

Well I tell you this...

In the continuing success case, many many folk will quickly get to understand the extreme volumes and values involved...very quickly indeed
