I absolutely agree with you on that point...

IMO we all have amoral obligation to try to assist those less fortunate through no fault of their own

The UK State is way out of control...

yet still I find folk who are unable to receive what they most obviously deserve

High on that list are very many homeless military veterans...

who risked and impaired their own young lives...

yet are cast aside as garbage by a laughingly called 'Government'

intent on giving everything to illegal immigrants

My old Dad would turn in his grave if he knew such was happening

in a country for which he willingly sacrificed his own body parts

Makes me really angry

Whilst in the midst of trying to organise something of scale...

I have been today reminded of this:

I was once privileged to witness King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia

stand from his throne

and pull up a chair for one of the very poorest and oldest men in his Kingdom…

the chap was well into his 90s I suspect...wearing very poor robes and sandals

although it was freezing at night where he had come from (The Empty Quarter)

HRH then sat silently for 20 minutes whilst the old man

whispered in HRH’s ear

A dropped pin would have made more noise

HRH then issued instructions to his immediate staff

as to how to assist the old man

It was governance in THE most direct and charitable form I have ever seen

In that room were approx 2000 important people …none made ANY noise at all

And, in that throng, were several cameramen…

it was going out live on Saudi TV News

I was sitting only 4 ft away from HRH…I still have the video and ‘stills’…

one ‘still’ is on my Twitter feed…@GrahamHengland

Frankly…I have witnessed many important moments in my life

But no ((non Family)) event affected me as did HRH’s treatment of that old man

The juxtapose of power and concern was total

I regard Lionel Therond as one of the very finest analysts ...his track record is second to few

As you have mentioned CHAR...

I make one simple observation

I would be most interested to hear please

HOW the current equity shareholders there will be left with (much) upside

once the funding has been achieved

In raising that point...

I consider the current CHAR Enterprise Value

and then I consider the cost of bringing Anchois to production

It's an excellent report

By one of the best analysts...imo

Good to note that he agreed with ROB's assessment of the extraordinary COMMERCIAL risking % applied by SLR...

The figures he uses are more realistic imo

But still assumes overall risking at 50%

Readers of the report will note his maths assumed prices for CNG...

and contrast those with the higher prices referred to in the commentary...

words and figures being different

The report does refer to upsides...although of course cannot include those👓

Readers will also wish to read his commentary on the nature and depth and extent of the asset...I recognise many of those words...from learned Papers I have studied over several years...I know some by heart😂

I would just comment that it’s a pity some of them choose to come on this BB ...

trying to throw FUD around...

Often it is FUD as transparent as gossamer

but sometimes it is FUD dressed up as genuine interest borne of expertise

But FUD is FUD no matter how it is dressed up

I would just say that so far things have proceeded as I thought they would...

the reactive clays at MOU2 being an exception

of course there have been other delays...

partly due to Covid and supply chain problems

and partly as PRD is a minnow in the process of uncovering something I regard as truly exceptional

so they cannot commit the sheer resources as quickly as can bigger companies

Mr Putin’s intervention is disastrous for the good folk of Ukraine but it has presented a double edged sword to PRD

As to the presentation…

I thought it was truly excellent…

given the extremely limited time available to Paul and Lonny

Would I have done it differently?

Of course…

I would have expended several slides going through the fundamental differences of PRD to some other companies…

That is important as no company operates in a commercial vacuum

not least of which differences would be the sheer scale of the funding mountains to be climbed by others…

it’s really important to consider current Enterprise Values (or in this case equity values) vs funding requirements …

Paul touched on that point but briefly

Funding is the sine qua non

in order that some theoretical values can manifest themselves in one’s bank account

it is THAT funding delta that may serve to determine just how much skin in the game

current equity holders will be left with post funding etc

I am very confident that I will end up with a lot of skin in the PRD game

I do intend to drop in from time to time…

perhaps to offer lifetime experiences regarding sexual matters (much theory of course)

or indeed how to do the odd deal or two (I have probably forgotten most of what I ever learned)

I note that another poster had commented on my recent absence from the BB

Blimey...it’s only been a few days!!!

But HIS (***) post got me thinking

(***many other sexes are allegedly available …

my youth might have been riotous …

(I had a rock and roll band of truly limited ability but some popularity…

we once had billing bigger than Rod Stewart…

strange but true...

happy to take bets for charity)

but it was clearly VERY sheltered

as I only ever found ONE sex other than my own

However… I am in awe of those vastly more experienced than me…

who have had direct experience of another 200 sexes …

or whatever the current total amounts to…

it would seem that one red blooded and frequent poster on here is himself such an expert)

anyway

I am going on a ramble

For those who might complain about such behaviour…I share Paul’s view

IE please save yourself some time

and go to do something more useful to you…such as cut your toenails

I was talking only yesterday with another large shareholder ...

he was kindly giving me an in person detailed briefing on the Pro Active event..

.which he attended but I did not...

and for that I wish to express my thanks...

the reason being very simple...

From the very start of my bulk investment here, I have expended time, energy and money providing my own views

of what is …and what is going to happen re …Guercif…

the posts have not been the matter of a moment…

despite what some silly FUDistas would like to suggest

Folk are welcome to listen to…read… those posted views or disregard them...

its their money of course…and frankly I don’t care what folk choose to do

Some will know that my views have been ultra consistent throughout my posting on this BB...

there has never been the slightest wavering on my part…

nor is there now…

Quite the contrary

I have covered financial and commercial matters (I have some slight 'form' in that area…see my twitter feed…@grahamHengland)

I have covered technical matters ( I was pleased to have been even a limited contributor to the Tour de Force by Methodology (The Sleeping Giant)

I have even covered emotional matters...

trying to explain the emotions that many folk will go through

and why most folk will fail to make real money out of this

So ...I sort of think I have done my bit

to try to help folk get a grasp on the opportunity presented by Guercif and… in turn …presented by PRD

If …after all my posts… some folk have still not TRULY done their own research

or for nefarious reasons best known to themselves, their guardians or their employers...

still post negative ’copy’…

well… that is up to them...it’s entirely their choice/loss

I am trying to do some modelling showing realistic daily rates of flow vs amounts and timings of development expenditures required to reach such flow rates

Its not an exact science of course

as there are so many variables...and known unknowns

The lack of Anchois flow test numbers serves to make the task more difficult ...

as I am trying to populate the model with as many 'actuals' as possible...

I am trying to avoid relying on somebody else's theoretical modelling of possible flow rates

they have several software bugs that they need to give priority to
