I am sorry that I must be cryptic...

but I strongly suspect

last week's RNS was a game changer re gas sales

And re how MOU4 and CNG kit...may be funded

Folk might want to consider the very limited amount of funding required

and contrast such scale with likely CNG sales cashflows/values

What you have quoted are huge numbers...but please read on...

There is a temptation in many quarters

to think of the E&P industry as successful ...in its upstream...explo activities

In my direct experience and analyses…

that is VERY far from being the case...when measured in terms of % rates of explo success

The behemoths throw an awful lot of money at exploration

whilst achieving VERY low % rates of MAJOR success …

in terms of actual barrels or gas produced

The small scale E&P sector also has 'a few failures'...I am being ultra polite …

thus, as many know, I avoid it like the plague…

save only for a few notable exceptions

I have statistics aplenty which track explo rates of success /failure

whilst the companies concerned deploy differing technologies.

The figures are mind numbing

THUS it is pretty evident to me

that 'a Guercif' comes along only once in VERY many years

it is even rarer for such an asset to become available ((to a micro outfit))

AND

is then nurtured and husbanded by people with real skill and VERY relevant experience

There is a bloke/woman on here who sometimes referred to PG as having ‘pecked around in Morocco several times’

Give me strength!

All I will say is THANK GOD FOR PECKING

AND REALLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

I have a schedule of GLOBAL assets that ARE (STRONGLY BELIEVED TO BE!) stunningly 'pregnant'

but THAT have been either mis-managed and/or glossed over completely...

some are VERY close to home!!!

I was told by a (now sadly deceased) friend and explo genius

that the oil explo sector long ago assumed that …

as 'most of the giant anticlines had been mapped and poked'…

the days of the truly behemoth fields are no longer

That is total nonsense IMVHO

...those fields exist

but they are, as yet, undiscovered

EXAMPLE

A flashy Director of a tiny quoted E&P company ...

the name of whom and which you will all know...

acquired a licence as part of a deal…2242 sq kms …on land...not in a war zone

He rescinded the licence without even trying to grasp what it represented...I was agog

The shareholders of his company fared very badly

as he chased other pie in the sky dreams

but the rescinded licence is worth a LOT

To illustrate my point re the relative lack of success in the entire sector…

here is an old stat from 2014

I don’t have the up to date figures

but I have seen NO indication that things have improved…

quite the contrary

The lack of success in finding conventional hydrocarbons gave rise of course to the bringing into production of UNCONVENTIAL hydrocarbons

Please do not confuse unconventional hydrocarbons with what is referred

the success along the graben's synsedimentary faults is interesting

it is very far from being a static phenomenon...

Much like the continued movement within the Complex Thrusted Fold Belt of the Zagros...

Just seen the VERY GOOD questions about water supply

I am very surprised to see such questions from one of the finest minds on here

The answer of course is simple...

Water is being supplied as I type

It is emanating from a pumped supply ...

from the aquifer ...

it is several hundred ft underground

I wouldn't say that I am involved in the drilling

but investors really do need to be nice to me

OR

I shall be forced to pop down to the power supply and turn off the pump...

located deep in the Wildernesse No 1 borehole

Shares in Hozelock did quite well on the back of the order for the ...

actually quite lengthy...yellow 1/2inch hose
