Also occurred to me that they would likely want to see the COP26 circus run its course, and leave town, to judge the momentum and direction for hydrogen. So on balance I'm relaxed about leaving my investment in place for another few months, but I can't say I'm keen to top-up without more evidence of a 'cunning plan'.

Seems odd to me that so little is yet invested. Reasonable to presume that the managers had researched the sector prior to launching the fund, so four months in, I was expecting more activity. Sitting on cash is not likely to encourage or inspire new investment.

- it would seem that speed is of the essence for RR, to steal a march on the competition, to demonstrate proof of concept and to be a practical mitigation to rising atmospheric carbon, aside from the utility of regulating base loads relying on solar and wind generation. We can only hope the UK government considers this requirement and facilitates making SMRs demonstrably viable as quickly as possible. As a nation, we have a woeful record of dragging our heels (Covid vaccines excepted).

Indeed, there seems to be a dearth of companies who provide 'extras' for their loyal shareholders. I used to like the vouchers dished-out by Grand Metropolitan, back in the day. Not so much as a 'sniff of the barmaid's apron' from Diageo..

However, I never fill-up at BP - way too expensive for SUL. Once in a long while I treat my AMG to a tankful of Shell V-Power for the benefit of the PEA additive, otherwise it's Tesco Momentum or Sains Super... ;)
