700 prepaid cards activated in the last 6weeks now expect 19k in the next 6 wks who’ Dreaming!!!. (Love to see it) No further progress on lottery after reporting 30% increase a few months back presumably growth has stopped/ slowed!!!!, Now for the sting in the tail,last sentence Group paragraph could make or break this, at least not long to wait and this all going on without a CFO.!!! There again the money for the remuneration packages has got to come from somewhere for no achievement.
On the positive the payments business may be turning the corner unless the BOD are dreaming again and it’s all wishful thinking.

First sponger dispatched ,that’s £140k for sweet FA saved, now for the rest of the BOD and NEDS and give the reigns to the guys running the lottery and we might be getting somewhere .

Now for the shed at the bottom of the garden, whilst all the BOD are residing in their plush pads. Never believed I was that gullible will hang on to just 1 share so I can attend next AGM.

Too quiet, already forecast problems rest of this year , BOD and NEDs not selling or any dilution .perhaps drawings have been sufficient to keep them all happy until year end, time will tell.
Not impressed with GP /CM contribution to date as replies to questions at AGM were completely different from the state we now find ourselves in.

Same person who has been selling for the last month, what we need now is a stack of Directors buys to show there’s a future without a fund raise ,already looking forward to the next AGM if still here ,after the bull I was given this year ,and next year it will be no holds bard even if there is some signs of recovery . Well and truly fecked, this new BOD have achieved absolutely nothing other than driving this company into oblivion, next in line is a placing to keep the place afloat and continue drawing their exorbitant salaries. What’s happened with all the experience and contacts the new NED appointments have supposedly brought with them. The prepaid card program is being fecked up like the rest of the company. Luckily 65p BE is not as bad as others, can afford to wait and hope ,but rest assured if ever the day comes I’m gone. Been for and against this far to long.

Like you early access for info, normally intra day with SJH , but could not wait this morning. As I understand it RNS has to be lodged by close of business or automatically suspended first thing tomorrow. Disturbing that the BOD and Nomad need time to the wire on a business this size. Considering the level of activity in trades over the last month seems somewhat dubious that it was right on the bell, following a 3k and 10k during the month. Trying to keep positive but historically all other problems have been reported at the last moment.GLA

Shall be checking in this week as results for H1 due by Thursday under AIM rules. Hopefully delay due to ANOTHER prepaid card activation contracts/volume/progress ,and not unresolved procedural delays .GLA

Was hoping for another 10% rise this week ,can’t be the Lord selling as he still has interest as chairman of the Maltese lottery venture, definitely not me.
Correct me if you consider my figures wrong:
Prepaid cards with potential revenue of £3-5 per month each card x the present contracts of 100k+20k+6k,with 2 further LARGE potential (say 100k each) =326 k (at average £4 per month) could potentially generate revenues of £1.3 million each month= £15.6 million per Year . Then consider PPS positive contribution, payments and FX growth as reported + the Maltese lottery potentially significant contribution, we could be looking at revenue of circa £20 million in a very short space of time. If all comes about we are in 10 bagger territory without even thinking about future growth.

GP has “said”

Average achieved, now for some profit.
SP continuing north on very small volume, maybe the Lord selling, but it doesn’t seem to be holding back the rise.
Need H1 results to be better than expected,with further confirmation of the two large scale prepaid customers to be signed off and the 100k contract delays resolved . IMO with only 810k shares in free float this is going to fly when the Herd arrives.
GP has this qtr is going to be significant!!! GLA

My analysis:
Prepaid cards:
1. 100k cards for corporate client delayed.
2. 20k cards for other corporate clients expect Nov activation.
3. Two further large scale clients under discussion (assume 50k each ) plus another 6k about to be released.
Potentially this could generate revenues of circa £1mill a month or am I dreaming!!!
PPS:
Expect to be in profit 2nd qtr.
Merchant services:
Growth continuing and being extended from 16th sept across Euro.usd GDP aligned to FX and payments processing.
SP:
Gradually heading north on very small volume with the buyer in the background.

Unexpected trading update ,beggars belief how CEO,CFO, highly experienced NED’s and the Nomad weren’t aware of the procedural implications when the RNS was released.
On the upside SP quickly recovered on very small volume,with the buyer in the background slowly building their holding. Perhaps a suitor looking to obtain the “ANOTHER “ technology.
Now for H1 results, expecting another retrace ,but the H2 forecasts ,if they come to fruition, should put a smile on all our faces.
Definitely still a believer GLA.
