Results 2019/20 ,H1 figures 2020/21, Results 2020/21 .(unaudited). Would really give an insight to how the business is performing.
I see Pollinate have a £50 ml war chest to buy into small fintech businesses on behalf of RBS/ Nat west and others ,to give banks a platform to compete with the likes of Worldpay in the merchant payments processing sector.
£30mil of that for payments side of our business (ie£7 a share ) with us retaining St Frances and the lottery business for the expected future growth would suit me . Dream on!!!!!!!!!!!! GLA

Companies house discontinued First Gazette compulsory strike off ,within literally hours of issue, suggests other problems holding the release of Results.

Maybe Companies house can see how much it will re rate and are concerned about the amount of money us LTH will make.HAHA

GP did say a few RNS back he was going to turn his attention to the balance sheet, must have been in a real buggers muddle, presumably the auditors refused to sign off until all aspects had been cleared. Let’s hope this is the last of the skeletons , and only growth is the forward concentration for the group .GLA

Update and Monday 8 am reinstatement would suit me , give time over the weekend to digest and laugh or cry on the out come.

May be totally wrong,but if st. Frances are averaging about £5k a case, this alone would generate more than the MCAP as it stands now without the other aspects of the group .
That PUNT years ago could be about to pay off handsomely .GLA

Still “not counting our chickens before they are hatched “ on which has been a very bumpy road over the past few years, but if all comes about next week ,it will definitely be the icing on the cake .
There has definitely been some impressive growth patterns, all we need now is the numbers.
Agreed with what has been said previously with only 4.2 million shares and a mcap of £1.6mil this could easily , dare I say it multibag.

This is more serious than I had thought.
Auditors changed, outstanding actions/claims ,monies owed,
GP was reportedly with the auditors on the day of the EGM (28/2/2020) a year later and still no resolution.
Impression all is not well and my Casino Punt has taken a hit, even though growth is still being reported. Only outcome now surely is this is being taken private.
You Win some lose some, have still enjoyed the ride though.

Don’t understand why Roger M or the Nomad even ,is allowing this to keep failing forecasts re results completion dates,without reporting something to the market.

Going to be a busy few days if reinstatement takes place,
Results2019/20, Half year 20/21, Forecast for year end 20/21, and first months trading in the new year.

Nice one NU ,saves trolling through numerous RNS.
If only we knew from what start point and whether the %growth was on compound figures a nice little spread sheet would give at a glance pattern.
Hopefully SJH will continue to supply monthly updates when suspension is lifted.
