But the total of shares to be used in calc is 10 ml exactly the difference (ie 2.077ml )before the conversion of the £185 k. Which is expected to be completed by the end of August. Could it be Tintra holdings rather than Tintra Aquisitions ie Richard Shearers cash.???

Following the £185k plus accrued interest conversion to 2.077 shares, Tintra Acquisitions will hold 5.772ml shares thats just under 50% of share capital forcing it to make an offer for T/O.
Or am I missing something!!!
Whatever we are in for a very interesting week especially as I would expect the herd to arrive due to the late issue of the last RNS.

Quite encouraging, Richard Shearer appears to have the drive/ enthusiasm to succeed, but not a quick fix.
Has a clear vision of where he wants to be ,but when questioned about the the business plan would not commit to numbers.

Tintra taking some 250% profit before next allocation, and further dilution to cover for the £500k loan to try and hold under 29.9%. Expecting a holdings RNS shortly.

The Old BOD have been very accommodating in the past ,whether RS the incumbent CEO is the same, time will tell
