Company house legislation rule1000 , requests the company, due to the delay in filing accounts to provide satisfactory information that it is still trading and is a going concern. I believe that the company has 3months to reply before being cancelled from the register. As this was answered within 3/4 days and the form f1 was cancelled gives me some encouragement that we have a future.
This is purely from memory and stand corrected

First gazette compulsory strike off Company registrar dated 30/12/2020 cancelled 1/1/2021 , maybe life in the old dog yet. GLA

Re-reading over a cuppa think it’s quite mind blowing
600k increase inSt Frances WIP in 3 weeks, attributable to 2 individuals.
Continuous %increase in growth presumably from compound monthly figures in payments and FX.
All this without a marketing campaign which is yet to commence.
Results resolved and then expect a rerate
2021 could be an extremely good year,or am I dreaming.

Now definitely eagerly awaiting results to be sorted,

GP What we need is results released after 4pm today, and confirmation that suspension will be lifted at 8am Monday ,so all the bad news can be digested over the weekend, followed by a brilliant set of interims at 7am Monday, then an update of trading just before year end.
That would really give us followers a brilliant start to the new year, after all 2020 has been total

I agree with you ,St frances appears to be giving overall revenue support with the remainder of the group providing a “unique “ sweet of offerings which are showing considerable growth potential.
Major concern is the res results, after all GP was reported to be with the auditors at the EGM way back in February GL

Yes been here years all started as a punt prior to the days of Casino Cash.
Yes at least 2 Suspensions ,hardly a year goes by without a problem.
With the growth being reported and such a low Mcap, I believe that we are on the cusp of a something good.
If only GP can resolve the results issue.

Now an RNS stating results resolved and lifting of suspension , followed by another RNS regarding interims which could give support to the growth being achieved and let the market digest the apparent progress being made, then I agree the MCAP will look extremely cheap.GLA

A modicum of good news regarding trading!!

Surely not Restoration, finales, interims ,trading and actions all in one RNS that would be suicidal.IMO.
Running to the wire is considered the norm for SJH ,but no action on any front doesn’t bode well for the future . The next 2/3 days will be interesting.
