Comparatively large sell this morning ,normal procedure before bad news.!!! With two possible actions taking place can see the shares being suspended whilst being resolved ,which could take months, and with the working capital position as it is ,it will be very difficult to operate.

After seeing a partial transformation of the company, with a “unique “ offering in the Fintech market , growth in all divisions, and positive contributions from revenue,we again are in the situation whereby we end up having basic business acumen difficulties.
Following every RNS from the time I can remember progress has been promised ,only to be followed by the next one retracting prior statements, never anything substantial coming to fruition.
The days of the Del Boy trader have long gone , in this business with the amount of market competition what is needed is a top notch flyer to drive the business forward and use the many financial products available , not the back street trader.
It’ A real shame, but I Will be very surprised if we survive GLA

Charities,Clubs, Societies need to rebuild/ finance following the present problems = Growth for the Lottery division.
“Alternative to traditional banking” following the Major Banks feck up of the governments loan facilities offered in the present climate ,this is where IMHO a major change is going to come about,as business and the general public will look for alternatives.
What we have to offer could well and truly explode.

Don’t panic!!
It was mentioned at the GM that someone was ill (can’t remember who) maybe the cause for delay.
Also asked the question at the GM why we needed The £500k investment if all liabilities were being cleared by the issue of 790k shares and progress was being achieved across all fronts, to which I received a very woolly reply .
Perhaps someone has realised we are giving away a third of the company for no reason when progress is as good as reported.
Nothing ever runs smoothly with SJH. One day maybe!!!

Yes with positive contributions expected across all fronts in the near term (excluding soccerdrome which never got mentioned ) looking for an uplifting first half.
Should have mentioned that the new investors have every intention of being actively involved.
