TBH : Managed to reorganise,I shall be going to the GM, earliest I can get to town is 10.30 , if you are going and still of the mind for a coffee quite happy to meet up in the local vicinity to Allenby capital.

Regarding the RNS ,if my calculations are correct the790k shares are being distributed among BOD and PJ for services rendered (see post GM holdings) gives me more confidence if correct. No more to the open market.
Will email the Nomad this week to see if the new investors will be in attendance ,should be very interesting at Questions as to their reasoning, and possible info on company progress.GLA

It was meant as 700k shares raising £240k to clear liabilities of the same amount allowing the other £500k investment to be used as working capital, That £500k plus the positive contribution expected from all other divisions puts us in a completely different ball Park in the first quarter of the New financial year. IMHO

Not the best option but I like this , effectively a private investor prepared to put his hand in his pocket and 1.66 million shares presumably not on the open market. The other 700k being used to start the new year with a clean slate , hopefully this is where GP starts his own personal investment to give the market more confidence.

Nothing concrete,although potential appears to be there across all divisions. Should see the SP slowly head north from here but don’t expect real solid performance until the end of H1 20/21.

If the latest RNS is to be believed we might just be on the verge of a breakout.
GP please don’t sell us short , with an Mcap of £700k. if there is a suitor prowling, what we have got might just be one step ahead of the crowd, and attractive to a really big player. ,!!!

Better still our finance problems been resolved by a bank facility which will clear within 12 months from the growth expected from all divisions, with no dilution. Definitely then it will be HAPPY CHRISTMAS to all your long term sufferers. Dream on !!!(Have to be positive in this business.)

Revenue generation should really kick in across all divisions in 1st qtr next year if forecasts are correct . I Keep coming back to the coverage anticipated,all other Europe countries added not part of the Euro market ,extending GBP/USD access, plus links to the Chinese market in total 33 countries . Has someone at SJH had the foresight to be a possible Market leader in anticipation of Brexit ,giving the capability of being able to move money immediately across the world without delays at frontiers!!!
Still of the opinion to depart at break even owing to the history of uncertainty, time will tell.

I hope you are right, but history says problems will raise their heads before achieving their stated goals!!
