With the GM on Monday regarding the sale , if agreed ,results will be issued Tuesday.as the company has already pencilled in the 4th September for the AGM. IMO. Fingers crossed !!!! Box has a history of everything last minute. Hopefully if correct a trading up date for H1 will be included which could override all the doubts.GLA.

I thought under aim rules if results are not issued within 6months of year end for whatever reason ,the company was delisted. Stand corrected but I think I might get clarification from the nomad next week.GLA

Are legal claim/ PJ, Philite one of the same,!!! Revenues this year from HVTS and FX plus the £600+k from Philite points to the best H1 Box has ever had, may it continue. Profits in line with the present MC this year should lead to exciting times ahead . GLA

Payment processing , BOX has been a minnow in the sector,without the ability to get the traction needed, possibly because of the history associated with the company and BOD. Can now see a total redirection into FX (where we have the proven expertise of MH) and HVTS which appears to to be gaining momentum,although experiencing teething problems. If this is the case a RTO could be on the cards(as mentioned by a poster some time back) and the sale of the processing business . All is not lost IMHO. Interesting few weeks ahead. GLA

MB wants to sell 88% of the business �which has growth potential of 15 to 20 fold over the next 5 years !!! � ( I believe his words) to concentrate on the software solutions division which at present accounts for remaining 11-12% of last years revenues. Before they have my 25k votes I would need to know what growth rate has been achieved in the first quarter of this year, and the projected growth rate for the future.(Software only) Presumably remuneration packages and options will be readjusted for the BOD,accounting for the much smaller business and renegotiated on the basis of future company growth. Ha ha. So many questions remain unanswered. Hopefully Able to attend GM. Dilution likened tothe throwing of confetti!!! The encouraging point to bear in mind is with expected revenues being already in excess of a �1m for this year why take shares at a premium when cash is available!!! No Chance. This will multi-bag when the reins are released. Over 4years have changed my mind numerous times,but as time passes a pattern seems to be emerging now.Credits from Awards, texts,are all pointing to an explosive outcome.Additionally last July�s H1 reveiw mention the possibility of a future share buy back and with �4ml in the bank,the trading pattern over the last 6months signifies this may be occurring without the market being informed.(against the rules I know) Rethinking my �2 exit!!!!! Patients will be rewarded GLA

MH onboard with target of �1ml in Revenue in10 months and �2.5 in each of the subsequent 4 years ,�600k + from Philite,�120k monthly revenue from HVTS,completion of 9 figure transaction (�500k at .05%) = Jackpot /boom .definately worth the Punt .GLA

Six months cooling-off period ends following. The AP debacle. SP.
