Expecting good news Monday AM so been slowly topping up at 1.53 last 60k this am. KJ at GSK Asian headquarters installing(MB tweet) What with the UBM extension,encouraged by the high flyers being slowly converted ,getting the impression more happening in the background than we are being told about. Hi Ian.B The main purpose of wanting to see last years results is whether the company managed to get the £225k owed by Eupay who brought the action against the company . If so what effect it had on the balance sheet following the slowdown in transactions .Also if the growth of emexgo being threefold in in the last 2months, has continued into this year. GL.

Come on BOX tell us what your doing, even if it is going down the PAN. This is painful!!! Further 2 months have passed and nothing, surely we have not got to wait until July for last years results, after all it doesn't take 6months to calculate what you have done with a couple of million in revenues. I had seen the blog on Reds site and also Keith Jump 's personnel tweet, both have a slant to the future outlook/ potential. My interest is what contracts / follow up enquiries were forthcoming from London IoT. Specifically to have the potential to increase Revenues. With regard to the other tweets regarding vacancies, without increase in revenues we will soon burn a hole in any profits ,and be on a very slippery slope!!!!!GLA

Not even a tweet ,to say if London 2017 IOT was a success. !!!! Very impressed with the Philips lighting solution in HQ.Holding until the 24th expecting good news at last. Still of a slight concern is the lack of contract wins RNS's and the growth of revenues over the past 2yrs.GLA

When will PJ and the Lord wake up to the fact that shareholders need to be fed with growth prospects rather than the continual SOB stories, Really cannot understand why the vendors of Emexpay and now Timegrand are just sitting back and watching the value of their 900ml shares being eroded daily. Surely there must be some good news somewhere to stimulate the share price. Otherwise why did they join!!!!! Getting frustrated now and I'm only a minnow compared those holders.GLA

Ian.B thanks for that. From an outsiders point of view,as you say details of the transaction being very scarce,makes you wonder what it's going to contribute to performance. Additionally what contribution if any are the two directors of Timegrand going. to make!!! Or are they just going to be major shareholders!!!! From my point of view at the initial stages of my PUNT, growth and profits were being forecast in line with a major new customer every week, and Casino Cash was about to hit the market, then we had the debacle early last year which resulted in court actions and the departure of PJ as CEO( although only in title) with a replacement still not appointed. Following all this there has been a lack of communication,which eventually resulted in last weeks RNS which not only said business had been affected in the second quarter, but also an acquisition which drastically reduced shareholder value,which we are still not sure of the reasons behind it, but no mention of year end figures, or CasinoCash. All very dubious IMO!!!! Now trying to decide whether to hold until results or depart, as I still believe BOX has a lot going for it, only if it was more transparent!!!! Whatever I will still continue to watch with interest, GL

Well you win some and lose some, pity as I thought this little diamond had plenty of legs. Changed my mind now after looking at Timegrand,incorporated 23/12/2016 with one director 2nd director appointed 2/2/2017. Problem is the bod has just given away just under 30% of the company to something that was'nt in existence a couple of months ago,which must have been in negotiations since Dec 2016, for what to enable the company to keep its records straight!!!!!!! So much for PJ comments regarding shareholder value.!!! Hope I have picked up the correct Timegrand if so all seems a bit strange.IMO .GLA

Good to hear, if we get the RNS promised by the end of Feb with a short summary ,before audited results, it may substantiate brokers targets, then I will be in profit GLA. Take this as a real Positive, KPMG one of the big four, !!! Now even more eagerly await the end of year trading update. Still amazing how few shares are changing hands with someone in the background continually picking up £3/4K when they become available. GLA

If the next tranche drawdown occurs shortly after the end of January,indications would be that the three months revenue figures,which we eagerly await,would not have been sufficient to continue production when the new season starts in April, and with just over a month to repay £1ml By the end of May from the restart of production,it must beg the question,what happens next. AIMO. GLA

Info on WK revenues must now be available,within the terms of the agreement with the refinery . Agree with TDT the outcome could be catastrophic, but I live in hope. GLA

Although at a snails pace,becoming extremely impressed at the collaborative agreements being signed up which not only increases the offering, but more importantly the market place.ie big players and global.!!!!.Depending on year end figures,may have to rethink get out strategy (2p) MB tweet of the 9th along with the RNS gives more than a glimmer of hope.GLA
