I believe under Aim rules they are under no obligation to issue a trading update until 3 months after the end of the period,knowing Box track record it will be Oct. But I do stand corrected!! GLA

Much as expected,no major surprises ,at least Box appears now to be working from a level base. Now the important area is the first half trading rns which should give some indication whether growth is being achieved,or is there another excuse in the pipe. Unfortunately we have to wait until October before we know, as the aim rules stand. This is turning out to be the longest PUNT I have ever experienced. GLA

How can they be good, we have already been warned that due to new regulatory requirements at the end of last year the payments processing business had a significant reduction in transactions!!! I would suggest more important would be the first half trading as we were told there had been a Three fold increase in one aspect of the business, Has this continued and what contribution has the acquisition made !!! Normally would expect to see a drop of up to 10% at consolidation, but in this case we may buck the trend. The reason being with £6/7ml in the bank , revenues exceeding £40ml on running contracts ,without any allowances for growth, and now a profitable organisation .The MC of £30ml would appear on the low side!!! As said earlier this IMO is now purely down to winning Contracts. Hopefully the SP will climb to £1.70/£1.80 post consolidation and with new contracts the sky is the limit. GLA

Is the only thing that's holding back the SP. A show of Contract RNS is all that is required for this to FLY. With the amount of tweets by MB,KJ and Redstone regarding Vacancies we have not got long to wait.Most Likely after the AGM!!! AIMO. GLA

Aware of no change in value. My point is that ,when saving weekin /weekout to see a share holding increase by 100's is far more encouraging than 5/10/20's.( Sorry meant consolidation in previous post) GLA.

This is pointing to major contract awards, requiring capital out lay,otherwise why raise cash when already profitable with cash in the bank.!!! Would'nt be surprised if this is'nt followed in the next few days with contract RNS!!!! AIMHO. GLA
