Regarding your second point regarding trades, for the last 4 months sells have far exceeded buys , and I would�nt Expect mm�s To stockpile without a buyer in the background. The only problem is I would have expected a holdings RNS before now to indicate a holding above 3%. Rest assured i�m Bailing at �2 whatever happens GL

As I implied weeks ago large order being filled, lack of info after the upbeat tweets at year end and the trading pattern ,ie the ratio of sells to buys, to control the SP, All imo points to a T/O following last years debacle. My guess is still Phillips Lighting,we will see once the 6months cooling off period ends. GLA

Just checked in to see the two Scrooge’s have”nt offered up any Christmas cheer again this year, although expectations are supposedly high, just a small crumb would be nice for all us LT sufferers with the main feast taking place early next year. Good morningERV, I must admit the �100k came from a quick memory calculation,without going back on research , l believe MB brought shares in his own name as well as another investment vehicle,at prices ranging from.9 to1.9 prior to consolidation with an approximate total investment of approx �240k.but I stand corrected. As with all shares no news is bad news, and with this company�s past history there is only one way this SP will travel. The encouraging signs are that vacancies are abundant,KJ is traveling the globe, revenues are �heavily weighted � in H2. from some of the major customers ,and the acquisitions have been incorporated ,providing an extensive offering to the customer. Although news is not forthcoming on progress, MB is at present carrying over a �100k personnel loss ( assuming it�s not him whose selling) and as with all markets where there is a seller there is a buyer. So in my view once the reins are loosened this will really start to progress. But definitely not a share for the faint hearted,looking forward to the end of JAN trading update GLA

This years results could show the �2.9ml as being received, offset in the accounts by the �1.4ml fees to Phillite . With the remaining (�224k ?) supposedly paid by Phillite,and this years �1.2ml increase as being received .Effectively correcting the accounts. If this should happen,and with the revenues from the large transactions, and Mcap at �1.5ml This could at last be the payday we have all been waiting for. With now only 20ml shares , the consolidation may be too Reds advantage In staving off any Hostile takeovers,even if the interim results point to a cash burn in H1. The reason I remain is the blue clients onboard and hopefully that contracts have been negotiated on a stage payment basis, thus reducing the risk ,we will see on the 10th!!!! What intrigues me is the original RNS at 16.52pm on 28th was followed at 7.00am on 29th, by Reds response . If you never knew anything about it surely you would have taken longer to investigate . Also curious to know why KJ tweeted following visit to Stockholm regarding new products and clients, and we have heard nothing more. Waiting with interest to see what happens this week. GLA
