After all it was a Punt and would never invest that which I could not afford.(once bitten twice shy and all that) but as it was I overstretched at times because of the attractiveness of Box.GL

Thanks for the replies. What interests me is the extraordinary growth in transactions in the qtr from Aug/Oct last year in mainly the USA, and considering the one new major customer per week comment Revenues per transaction is an extremely interesting figure. Profits could well be £1.5/2ml in the next year, and we are not even talking Casino Cash. It will be very interesting to see the figures for the whole 18 months to substantiate the growth pattern. Although it's been a rollercoaster ride what started out as a PURE PUNT could be very financially rewarding.GL

Should be Profits!!! Not margins.

We know that margins on revenues are approx 30%, anybody any idea of revenues on transactions, ???GLA

Sorry July not Dec!!!!

Been through the latest RNS a few times, and it gives me glimmer of hope ,owing to the amount of detail contained therein and that the company made £633k profit last year up to Dec . On top of that the Emex acquisition, the accounting changed to line up following the debacle with regard to the VAT problem being inherited with PAY CORP, and all the indications of increase trading over the last six months with guesstimates of potential profit ( according to this BB)of anything up to £500k within the first quarter. Surely also by now if there was no chance of relisting we would have had resignations of all the associated professional bodies ie Nomad/ Advisors/ Auditors.these have known about the situation for the last 2years. Lastly if a 2billion company can provide audited accounts in 2 months ,we haven't got long to wait for a result.!!!!!!GLA

After reading the RnS a couple more times,what gives me more encouragement is the fact that Box has taken over Emex without issue of a share to the nine recipients because of AIM rules whilst in suspension .This to my mind gives some Assurance that the company has a future!!!

The way I read it is that Paycorp has been hived off with the potential VAT liability, and the payments business being directed through Emex to retain all the revenues within the group. This will effectively allow Paycorp to pursue the recovery of the Vat without any diverse effect on the overall business. If this is the case PJ would have earn't this years corn and with the acquisition of Emex ensured the growth being experienced should continue/increase making the future looking extremely ROSIE. GLA

What is required now is a trading statement for the 6 moths to 31 Jan, if the growth has continued as expected, this will really install confidence, until the audited accounts are released, no reason why not even though the shares are suspended!!! GLA
