Newu , definitely have the effect of pushing the SP north as there is only small amount of free float after accounting for those held by all LTH . There again we might be in a closed period with results due in the next 3 weeks. Let’s hope that we get an update on transition progress before the AGM.

If you were that clever you would realise that they have already been given 30% for next to nothing.and when they decide to take the rest they will effectively have control over the SP resulting in a very low offer, for which at one point was an expanding business without their involvement.

Name change to Tintra with 9% holding and potential to increase to29.9% begs the question for a future takeover, also GP stepping aside.????

Perhaps the excitement is too great that Graham can’t bring himself to write an RNS !!!
Lots of news building,last year’s results, trading, progress regarding Tintra’s involvement ,appointment of newCEO etc.
The quiet is semblance of old when no news is BAD news, hope not.
