Expecting the incumbent CFO of TH to be appointed to the BOD,when IMO we need a high flyer in the money market to negotiate the tangled web of regulation and the specific market segment the company are faced with.

Questioned at the GM the feasibility of disposing of all revenue streams without any indication of what was replacing them, and was told everything is focused on the new roadmap, and was given the impression the vision if successful would start producing returns within a short timescale

Exactly what was said at the GM, didn’t give anything away .
Time to take my blinkers off and run with it, the vision is there the execution will take up to 2 years, and it’s expected to be a bumpy road.
Can’t fault the drive and enthusiasm.

Tomorrow’s meeting results already a forgone conclusion, with the amount of shares held by the BOD/ Strategic Investors, the interesting part wil be what the extra shares will be used for.!!! GLA

James Rose has built this up producing a positive contribution to the group, wouldn’t be surprised To see the offer come from him with the seller being linked.

Maybe the RNS has put a stop on the seller when he realises he might get around £1.50 in a few weeks.
